I clicked through to the pricing info page and I don't understand how to read that table. It seems like they will list these coins at $3,170 or $3,220 pending spot being less than or greater than $2,350. That's a damn hefty premium.
 
Yes, it's the standard Eagle, but it's sold as "uncirculated" direct to the public. I don't pay enough attention to the numismatic markets to have any idea what premium that incurs over buying a BU coin second hand from a dealer.
 
EVERYTHING from the Mint is Uncirculated. Come on man. Seems to me they are trying to make money, which is against the law.
