I don't know what you are using for deer, but my deer rifle is a .35 Rem. Marlin lever action carbine. Rounds are nearly $4 a piece.


On the other hand, I did just get new optics for one of my AR-15s. And I have piles and piles of ammo for those.

Recently got an ammo can full of stuff made for the Australian military. Got a good price on it too. Last summer I purchased a little over 6,000 rounds.

YOWZA. I was gifted two crates of Rooshian food for my bringumhome SKS and my new AK-47. I bought old Greek 8mm for my Mausers at about 2c a round. Fun to shoot cans with.

Mebbe I shoulda recommended CJ get military plinking stuff. Cheaper all the way around. Just din' think of it.

Well...I should, and frankly, I do.

Let's get down to the gritty. YOU, kind sir, had a nasty experience playing on two wheels. I did too, but it happened when I was little (28) so it doesn't count.

You love to fly. Riding a balanced cycle at speed is as close to flying as you can get on land. Even the tactile - the open cockpit, wind in your face, bugs in your teeth.

Now in my near-dotage, I do it.

But...let's just say, I'm workin' on that gratitude thing. Because I have had a lot to be grateful for, these last two weeks. I walked away from a traffic accident, one I didn't cause. The person causing it...a passenger left in a body bag.

Okay, I'm chastened. Yet...I was out there, far from home, to get with similarly-arrested-development children in our 60s, to go ride dirt bikes over dune hills on the shores of Puget Sound. IOW, I had no real business being there; and the financial impact is significant.

Murphy is running this operation. EVERYTHING is going wrong. I have two insurance companies involved, and payout is equal to a house down payment. And I'm not getting it. Because there's no police report written/published.

The longer this takes, the more I get unnerved.

Just one example.


The average person has average luck. But we know, there IS no Average Joe.

Some people...win the Lotto. A few, more than once.

But the buzz continued. I had another listen. I got the Cliff's Notes story on him. His struggles with booze, with the New Economy. And his sudden inspiration to write what he did. As well...the writer in me can appreciate the perspective of the song. He's telling a story we all see; but he's telling it through the filter of his own little Shenandoah-Mountains perspective.

Inspired. Such is the basis of great folk artistry.

And now, listening to him speak. There's a true humility there...this is Elvis in his first days, stammering about how he was driving a truck while trying to get into the Electrician Apprentice program. It's a sudden rise of a young man, flawed but grounded...who at least for the moment, is handling it well, remembering who and what he is.

Knowing the pressures ahead, both in sudden fame and in bucking the Elites' Narrative...and of his history with alcohol, the common downfall of suddenly-successful actors and musicians...he's got tough road ahead, far more dangerous even than what most of us face.

The radio WV you tube channel has 14m views on that one song now. Not bad. Just wish it was on his own channel so he could get paid.

I enjoy your optimism for sure but find it to be a little over exuberant. Sure a few million like this guys song. Big deal. Everyone I talk to says about the same thing. he hits it right on the head. Then they all go back to their real lives. Sad but true.

On the old GIM I had a post 18months to 2 years into Trumps term that said he was finished. I could see there was a huge change in his attitude by that time. Instead of taking charge he was led around like a whipped puppy. Oh look what they are doing to poor old me....He was ok with the left wasting 25 million in taxpayer money for a fake investigation of him. Instead he could have shut that shit down immediately and moved onto draining the swamp if that was ever his intentions. He was mostly a democrat after all. Hell, he may be in on this whole thing to give the illusion that he was an R when the entire time he was really a D.

As I have said repeatedly, no one is going to save this country. Voting isn't going to change a thing. Elect him again and we get more of the same for the next 4 years. There is only 1 solution to this mess and it's ugly as F. Thus the reason it will never happen and the D's know it. There is no 1 person who can dismantle this entire swamp machine. There is 1 peaceful way to do it but I cant put it in a 4 minute music video so no one would want to hear it.

As for CW2, that won't happen either. As you may have noticed the left keeps calling Jan 6 insurrectionists. It's one of the ways they can use the military within the US, to put down an insurrection. Those chose their words carefully.

Oh and in regards to Jan 6th. Notice how trump got them all into DC and then got them all fired up and turned them loose? Nice one Don. I wonder how long he planned that. fed them right to the left he did. I also notice not one pardon for any off them before he left office. He could have done a blanket pardon for all of them, same as Obamalamadingdong did.

Lets see what Trump releases on the 21st. The trial being televised may be a good or bad thing. Hard to say with the corrupt justice system. prosecution could just concede certain points in Trumps defense and the evidence would then never be heard. It may be presented as evidence for the record and released in FOIA requests but not televised at the trial.
Both sides are talking a huge gamble. Prosecution is betting big that they can get this to trial and get a jury too convict. Going to be difficult to get a jury without even 1 trump supporter on it. Thats assuming trumps defense team has their shit together.

Regardless of which side you are on, I think the bigger picture being missed here is that this all powerful government can and will be used against anyone they don't like. This Government is completely out of control and it's long past time to put them in their place and start over.

It all started when the central bank was created along with a system that transformed by some magic power, your regular pay into income that could be taxed. (Hint. It's all an illusion and the government didn't force you to sign a W-4. You did that willingly and turned yourself into a taxpayer. Once you learn the true definition of words and how they are applied in the tax code it all becomes clear. For instance. You know all that free money the government was passing out during covid? That was only for tax payers and not for non tax payers. The courts have also been very clear on this issue and have stated that the tax code only applies to tax payers and not to non tax payers. So who is a non tax payer? You would think all the welfare queens would have been considered non tax payers but nope. They were making bank with all their kids and getting whatever they got per person. So they were considered tax payers and got paid. Non tax payers are simply people who are not required to file and pay taxes. They have read the law and understand it.) Anyway, those tax dollars stolen or freely given to the fed gov are what funds all of this shit. The joke is on we the people for funding our own demise.

I think you were prescient here. The judge got the hurried instruction ruled to dismiss the case. But not before all the MSM touted the "criminality" of Trump from rooftops and roving PR trucks.

A few days ago, when this first hit the nooze...I was unimpressed. It's not my musical style; fact is, I'm not into music. One more protest song, and this one laden with coarse vernacular.

(yeah, look who's talking! )

But the buzz continued. I had another listen. I got the Cliff's Notes story on him. His struggles with booze, with the New Economy. And his sudden inspiration to write what he did. As well...the writer in me can appreciate the perspective of the song. He's telling a story we all see; but he's telling it through the filter of his own little Shenandoah-Mountains perspective.

Inspired. Such is the basis of great folk artistry.

And now, listening to him speak. There's a true humility there...this is Elvis in his first days, stammering about how he was driving a truck while trying to get into the Electrician Apprentice program. It's a sudden rise of a young man, flawed but grounded...who at least for the moment, is handling it well, remembering who and what he is.

Knowing the pressures ahead, both in sudden fame and in bucking the Elites' Narrative...and of his history with alcohol, the common downfall of suddenly-successful actors and musicians...he's got tough road ahead, far more dangerous even than what most of us face.

Lemme round that mutha up for conveniece in thinking. Ponder this gummint number:

NINE out of TEN Americans are going heavy.

And that percentage is climbing fast.
