The 2nd gives Americans the ability to rebel. That right is contained in the Declaration of Independence.

We are really there now, an illegitimate usurper government that have wrecked an economy and have Americans under attack for their most basic liberties. But that is covered under the next verse.

What does the Constitution say about citizens overthrowing their government? If it does allow for it, what would be considered just cause?
