Interesting. The facts as presented is: No, it's fiction.

China's "Social Credit Score System" - Fact or Fiction?

Western government & the Western media have deliberately lied about China operating a central "social credit score" system driven by political and ideological criteria.

However the same Western sources admit upon further examination that this is a myth, that no such system exists, and the multitude of systems China does use are for tracking and punishing what would be considered serious offenses anywhere.

So some video of a guy flapping his gums for 26 minutes. Is there a text I can read? I may be interested in his story, but why doesn't he provide his script?

Australia went to China to study their system in order to build something similar (I'm not sure whatever became of this initiative) :

Nope! He does videos.

Edit to add: YOU'RE IN LUCK! I figured out a way you can read the text!

Turn on 'CC' and speed up the video as fast as it will go and you can read the subtitles!
