Former gold miner not surprised by Ballarat tunnel collapse​

A former gold miner says the tunnel collapse that took place in a Ballarat mine last month was predictable. That miner had worked in the same gold mine where Kurt Hourigan lost his life last month. Emails obtained by 7.30 also show there were long-running concerns about safety inside the gold mine. Elias Clure and Nicole Asher report.
