I have not yet found information on the "European social engineering initiatives". I'm not sure what they are working on. But given the SEC's mission, it sounds like they are working on financial tools to control/coerce/influence citizen behavior. I would hope it isn't something as Draconian as China's bullshit, but who knows? The EU did just recently announce this EU Digital Identity Wallet (EUDI). I wonder if it is related.
