The Public Fools System has made a high-school education free - and we have grajewates who cant read their own dip low mahs.
Here, koledge can be free or low cost, to military veterans and students who excel, in grades or athletics. How does THAT work out, when a football player who can't spell "football" gets a free kowledge ejewkayshun?
The reason Europe is different, is something else. Who runs American cities? What's the average IQ of such "diverse" "people" (hominids, IMHO)?
