I can't find a button for "informative or insightful". But this one deserves more than just a "like". So many times, an ignorant (not stupid) person will try to add their opinion where it is absolutely useless and counterproductive. "Oh, sometimes an outsider might have an idea that you have not considered." The answer is usually, NO! Please shut up and get out of my way. In fact, every time you speak, I need to stop my mental train on the process just to figure out what you said and create a reply. My focus is GONE! If the job is simple, I can hopefully get back to work with little delay. But it is possible you just burned ten or twenty minutes of my focus time, if the job needs focus.
