I can't remember if this was in Wroclaw or Krakow.
I ran it through a translator and it comes out the same in English so I'm not sure exactly what it's trying to convey.
Just thought y'all might find it kinda funny.

Well the upper sign with a P on it and the rectangular box with an X in it, is to designate a reserved parking space. Perhaps the word shitcoins refers to the person it is reserved for?
