Somebody left the bag of idiots open when they chose the EEO chair filler Fani Willis.

HISTORICAL: Even ABC News, which is historically to the left of 1950's IZVESTIA spent a whole segment dumping on her for incompetence for "throwing things at the wall to see if anything will stick" tactics.

Per ABC, yet -- Fani Willis has a "desperate vendetta" going on.

This is not news, it's an opinion piece by Meidas Touch that's based on some of the stuff Trump said on his Meet The Press interview (posted in the election thread.)

Trump BLOWS UP Entire Defense in Disastrous Interview

Sep 18, 2023

16.48

Donald Trump on Meet the Press just did two things: destroyed his reasonable “reliance on counsel” defense and helped Special Counsel Jack Smith prove the required criminal intent. Michael Popok of Legal AF also takes down Trump’s attempt to rely on Federalist Society “journalist” Molly Hemingway as part of his defense.

That objectively isn't what happened there. Popok heard what he wanted to hear.

This one is an opinion piece from MSNBC on the Meet the Press Trump interview. If you haven't watched the interview and you're interested it's post #1,002 here https://www.pmbug.com/threads/elections.4080/page-26

Lawrence & legal panel react to Trump admitting election subversion was his decision

Sep 18, 2023
11:21

MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell speaks to MSNBC Legal Analysts Andrew Weissmann and Joyce Vance about a recent interview given by Donald Trump to NBC’s Meet the Press, where the former president said it was his decision to pursue attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election

Another opinion piece on the Meet the Press interview. But this one's a bit different. White House Correspondent and MeidasTouch Contributor, Brian Karem, talks about reasons of the interview ($$$$), how the news media handles Trump and the audience.

Those who wish for more and increasing chaos...

That interview was only a disaster if you are a Democrat harpy that is never going to change your mind under any circumstance. The type that can't see past personality, you know the ones. For the rest of the nation, it was OK. They really need to stop soaping up their genitals and furiously pounding on about issues that the people who are interested in Trump just don't care about. They need to fight him on the actual issues that impact real people and stop this fiddle fest.

That is the only way they will make headway with T voters, being GENUINE.

Alas, they are so fake it makes T look great. Which is saying something because that has to be his Achilles heel, he looks superficial.

The lawyers are arguing as such with a bit more detail.

Before the results of any presidential election are certain, both parties appoint electors who are expected to vote for their party’s standard-bearer based on the popular vote in the state. Both sets of electors are federal officers who are entitled to protection under federal law when they are doing their duty, the lawyers argued.

So do the Libertarians... not that anyone notices.

BREAKING: Judge finds Trump committed fraud in NY civil case

Sep 26, 2023

5:19

New York Times Investigative reporter Susanne Craig joins Ali Velshi, in for Nicolle Wallace, to discuss the breaking news that a New York state court judge ruled that Donald Trump committed fraud by exaggerating the value of his assets in financial statements, representing a major blow to the ex-president.

Sure bud. No one cares. Telling people you are packing a little more than you are is hardly a crime.
It's SOP across the CRE industry. They would have to go after them all on that basis. More derangement syndrome bollocks.

I hope they go through Biden with the same zeal, he'd be a bloody mess. However the press wouldn't cover it, I reckon it would get a page 5 if he got jail time This is such SHAMEFUL political abuse. US democrat's should be embarrassed. They aren't, which tells you volumes.

Watched this last night.

WATCH: Aide who revealed Nixon recordings sends message to Cassidy Hutchinson

Sep 26, 2023

11:13

MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell is joined by key January 6th Cmte. witness Cassidy Hutchinson to discuss her relationship with former Nixon aide Alexander Butterfield who revealed the existence of the Nixon White House recordings to Congress during the Watergate scandal.

Her valuation is ridiculous and she should be accused of providing Appraisal Practice without a license herself. Oh wait, I forgot that judges are special and can do whatever they want.

Forget the valuation for a minute.

In post 462 there's an article about the 1st plea deal. I am wondering how many more will plead out. Better to plead to a lesser crime, pay a fine, tell what you know and move on with your life than possibly going to jail for someone who don't give a fuck if you live or die. Make sense?????

I can't explain exactly why, but I don't think Trump is actually going to go to trial. Somehow or other I think he'll come up with a plea deal himself. Could be wrong, but in my opinion it's the smart move. Whadda you think?

Punishment faze of the fraud trial in NYC starts today.

Oct 2 (Reuters) - Donald Trump and his family business are set to face trial in New York on Monday to determine how much they owe in penalties after a judge found they inflated the former U.S. president’s assets by billions of dollars to secure more favorable loan and insurance terms.

Here is a look at the case brought by Democratic New York Attorney General Letitia James against the frontrunner for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.

That's exactly what the prosecution wants. Vastly overcharge and hope everyone pleas. It's a scam. Take it to trial.

This is pretty good. Explains in a very easy to understand way the trial concerning Trump's businesses practices.

Judge fires back at Trump attorneys to not contest his rulings

Oct 3, 2023
9:48

Judge Arthur Engoron, who is overseeing the New York attorney general’s civil case against Donald Trump, said that the trial itself is not the venue for Trump’s attorneys to contest what he’s already ruled on.

This whole real estate valuation trial is a political hit job. As if anyone here hasn't figured that one out yet...?

It's the bank's responsibility to determine valuation for any collateral they loan on.

Borrow against your house and you'll soon find the bank sending an appraiser out to 'value' your property.

If you are upside down, you're not getting the money!

It doesn't matter if you say on paper your property is worth a gazillion dollars.

As long as the bank determines through their due diligence that they can recoup their 'investment' by selling the collateral for what they have into it, they'll do the deal.

It just goes to show how corrupt the left has become.

Lunatic is right. I think the rest of the world has HAD IT and are selling ANYTHING to do with this government. Bonds are tanking

Judge Gags Trump After Ex-President Attacks His Law Clerk

The New York judge presiding over Donald Trump's civil fraud trial on Tuesday issued a gag order after the former president attacked his clerk by name and shared her image on social media.

“Personal attacks on members on my court staff are unacceptable, inappropriate, and I won't tolerate it [in my courtroom],” said Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron.

Of course you think that. Your TDS has you looking for ways that would fulfill your fantasy of Trump not being allowed to run for potus.

Ie: you want to destroy democracy.

You've got to kill Democracy in order to save it. Lol. Or some such insanity.

Pretty sure that line was in the Empire Strikes Back

A rapidly aging Hollyweird actor, well, you might be right in that his TDS is certainly terminal. Probably ought to ask yourself why.

Yea, wouldn't want the public to know that the clerk was out with Chuckie Schumer.

Forget politics, forget R and D, just watch the show. Today we have Michael Cohen talking about Deranger Don.

Michael Cohen REACTS to Donald Trump’s OUTRAGEOUS Behavior at Trial

Commentary on today's insanity. Don't take this too seriously. Enjoy the show. Better than tv.
