Your a judge in a country with free speech. He seems to think he's a dictator. Time for him to be knocked back down a few pegs.

That's the female judge in the Jan 6 case in DC.

Trump's also under a gag order in NYC with the fraud trial.

Been out all morning. Did hear Trump and the judge (NYC) in the fraud trial going at each other. He's on the stand today. Already been found guilty of fraud. Trial now is to see how much Trump will have to pay and to see what's going to happen to his business. Noting to post. Just stuff I've heard on the news.

NEW YORK, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Donald Trump complained of unfair treatment in defiant and rambling testimony on the witness stand at the civil fraud trial about his New York business on Monday, prompting the judge at one point to threaten to cut his testimony short.

Under questioning about his company's accounting practices, the former U.S. president clearly aggravated Judge Arthur Engoron, who is weighing whether to impose hundreds of millions of dollars in fines and other penalties that could hobble the real estate empire that vaulted Trump to prominence.

Remember, what the media says happened and what actually happened are entirely different entities!

What would happen to you, searcher... if the Deep State did a wall-to-wall Trumpstyle attack on you with an ultra-conservative angry judge presiding?

Don't respond. Just think about it.

Donald Trump's former attorney Michael Cohen joins Jen Psaki to discuss Trump taking the stand in New York fraud trial. He reveals a decade-old document he found that tells us a lot about Trump's tactics today.

How can there be any fraud if there is no crime? Banks responsibility to do due diligence. They did and made him the loans. He paid them back. Not sure what the crime is here or where the fraud is? Who was defrauded?
Now if the banks lent him 100 million and he didn't pay them back and later found out he was overstating his assets and couldn't foreclose to recover their money then I could see fraud charges but none of that has happened.

Advice of council defense....................

When Donald Trump faces a jury on charges stemming from his bid to subvert the 2020 election, he wants to prohibit federal prosecutors from even mentioning the chaos and violence unleashed by his supporters at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. But to special counsel Jack Smith, Trump’s role in the riot is the heart of the case.

A new court filing from Smith’s team this week reveals that the mob that stormed Congress in Trump’s name will be the centerpiece of his trial, scheduled to begin on March 4. It wasn’t just an unfortunate reaction to Trump’s incendiary remarks that day, prosecutors contend. It was a tool that Trump used to launch one last desperate bid to cling to power.

I say televise it. Not just Trump's trial. All of em.

WASHINGTON, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Former U.S. President Donald Trump has filed a legal motion backing media requests for live television coverage of his federal trial on charges he conspired to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.

In the late Friday filing, Trump argued that prosecutors want the trial held "in darkness" as part of what he claims is a politically motivated effort by President Joe Biden's administration to undermine his bid for re-election next year.

For those who prefer to read:

As part of a plea deal, one of former President Donald Trump's attorneys has told prosecutors in Georgia that she was informed in the wake of the 2020 election that Donald Trump was "not going to leave" the White House -- despite the fact that he had already lost the election and most of his subsequent challenges.

The revelation, along with others, came during a confidential interview the attorney, Jenna Ellis, had with Fulton County investigators. ABC News has obtained portions of videos of the proffer sessions of both Ellis and Sidney Powell, two attorneys who aided Trump's efforts to overturn the election. The videos for the first time reveal details of what they have told law enforcement since agreeing to cooperate last month in the district attorney's election interference case.

Ellis, in her proffer session, informed prosecutors that senior Trump White House official Dan Scavino told her "the boss" would refuse to leave the White House despite losing the election, and alluded to two other instances she said were "relevant" to prosecutors -- but appeared to be prevented from disclosing those in the video portions obtained by ABC News due to attorney-client privilege, which hindered portions of her proffer.

"Stunning": Court reporters hint at “rumblings” of potential Trump settlement talks in NY fraud case

Rumors of potential settlement talks on Tuesday swirled around the Manhattan courthouse where former President Donald Trump’s civil fraud trial is taking place.

Frank Runyeon, a reporter for Law360, on Tuesday cited a “very curious” 25-minute delay in the trial resuming after an afternoon break. Trump attorney Alina Habba walked out of the chambers "alone” before the New York attorney general’s team went in, Runyeon wrote on X/Twitter, linking the incident to Trump recently complaining about a “low-ball settlement offer.”

Trump's attorney said she warned him he would be committing a crime if he didn't comply with subpoena in classified docs case: report

  • A lawyer told prosecutors Trump was aware he legally had to comply with a subpoena, ABC reported.
  • Special Counsel Jack Smith has accused Trump of knowingly hiding classified documents from the FBI.
  • Trump faces 40 criminal counts on allegations he kept government documents after leaving office.
Former President Donald Trump was made aware of the criminal consequences of lying to the Justice Department about his handling of classified documents soon after he was subpoenaed in the matter last year, according to a new report.

A current lawyer for Trump told federal prosecutors investigating the former president that she explicitly told him he could face criminal charges if he failed to comply with special counsel Jack Smith's subpoena in the Mar-a-Lago documents case and later lied about his cooperation, ABC News reported Wednesday, citing sources familiar with the matter.
