Correct. I don't believe it.
The flooring seems hard to believe, and the ceiling and walls equally so. It would be interesting to have a back-story about why this came about, maybe some zoning or tax regulation. Not that it would validate the video, but it would be interesting to read.

Oh! Did I use the verb "read"? Can (do?) people still read now? Or is reading something for old Korean people?

Not weird, entertaining.

Insurance fraud is epidemic.

So is stupidity in general. And this is, on top of everything else, abysmally STUPID.

I guess a dashcam is okay; but I've heard of cases where LE refused to look at it, and others where the insurance investigator took the video and made some BS excuse, like, if you'd been driving slower it wouldn't have happened...if you'd let the person cut in...if you'd backed up YOUR car when the other driver started backing up violently...

We're working against a corrupted culture, a corrupt people. Good people are demoralized and bad actors get EXCITED, working to help slime like this, work their hustle.

AND the cops are overwhelmed, and many don't care. Took me TWO MONTHS to GET A POLICE REPORT after my head-on collision which involved two fire departments, six hours to open the road, a Medivac (other party). A significant event. The trooper was a kid right out of the academy, and he didn't document a single witness.

Fortunately for me, the insurance adjusters recognized it was open and shut, and told me not to bother digging up the witnesses. But that doesn't happen always, anymore.

I agree, a camera can only help you. But it's not a miracle solution.

Funny you should mention that.

I was on my way here to post what I can only describe as the stupidest, most idiotic thing a person could do with a truck.

The way the legs on that contraption go together at the bottom, I'm amazed it didn't fall over.

If the person in the wrong has one, it prolly won't help them. Lol

He ignores laws of incorporation and those of what's called a "fictitious person."

A computer program cannot become a corporation. Only an organization, chartered, organized with structured supervision (Directors) and identified purpose (manufacturing, or charitable works [YMCA] or municipal entity (Thruway Authority, City of Podunk) can incorporate.

A "Fictitious Person" does not have all rights. It cannot vote, obviously. It cannot be issued a driver's license - or an identity card. It has the rights of autonomy of its pronouncements - that is, the board or representatives can issue statements, publish advertisements, identified as "From XYZ Corporation." Including non-commercial messages.

AI can do none of those things. Same as my shoe can do none of those things.

Since there's no point to clickbait on X, I'd have to assume this is aimed at the Bernie Bros who hate the idea of private businesses, and would love to see "corporations" banned. Leaving big business untenable and Big Government unopposed - the Last Man Standing.

Stealth Socialism.
