Looks like someone discovered the old movie The Warriors where all the gangs had a motif. I particularly liked the gang with harlequin makeup and baseball uniforms. I guess the green tights gang is the 2022 update of that movie?

Railroad flare.

On the railroad, we were not permitted to carry (Conrail, an Eastern Class 1) but there were times where we were in rough situations. Like that mess we saw in Long Beach, California...trains broken into and looters trashing it. That has happened before, on a smaller scale. Many times, in urban areas, we'd have to go at under 15 mph, either track condition, adverse signals or other...and looters and hobos would stop us by monkeying with the brake line. It's not hard to do...dangerous, but not hard if you don't get hurt.

Going out through a known hobo camp area, in The Bottoms in Columbus...I was advised to take four ten-minute fusees. Carry my lantern under my arm, but have the fusee ready to light off immediately. And go for the hair, or else the gut and front of the pants.

K, any girlie action, tards or not, wasnt there an old saying of "head east young man head east?" oh yeah im not young any mores.BUT, but i'm seriously thinking of saddling up the horse and heading east as the grannys here in Polk county don't know whatever they could b capable of.
