But look at the blurb that follows it.

Can anyone here unravel the logic that implies these "migrants" who are coming across the border are being raped if they come across the border legally?

Read it again - they are being "forced" to cross illegally because of the threat of rape.

Implying that if they cross legally they risk being raped.
