Note: I don't know how true this is and how deep it goes / went if it is true. No matter, every country engages in propaganda. Back in the 60's I used to listen to Radio Free Europe, VOA, Radio Moscow and a host of other shortwave stations all government sponsored. Is Musk in-fact drawing a wage on this? I was led to believe, somewhere, that his staff are volunteers or otherwise on the fringes of the federal-employee structure.
