actually don't think it's a good think to have the President tied up in court to determine the true scope of his powers. Yes it will be decided once and for all but can we really trust the SC to do the right thing? They get shit wrong all the time and if they get this one wrong we are stuck with it for a very long time.
That's not Trump's doing.

The Left is pushing this. Trump can let them win, or he can push the issue.

What it means for Trump is, yet another legal team to fight lawfare. What surrender means, is victory for the Frankfurt School Marxists.

Love what Elon is doing. Now we need jail time for all involved in funding the NGO's to bring terrorists and illegals into our country.
Also need to fine and get paid back with interest, all monies stolen by Gov employees. Loss of pension, jail time is also possible unless they cooperate and whistleblow to find even more theft and money laundering.
Once the DOJ is cleaned up then they can start prosecuting politicians for all their malfeasance.

The federal paperwork mine in DOGE's crosshairs is real and bizarre

  • Elon Musk said on Tuesday that the government stores key retirement paperwork in a converted mine.
  • The limestone mine is real, and is in the Department of Government Efficiency's crosshairs.
  • The US government started storing records in the underground facility in the 1960s.
A converted mine located in Pennsylvania and used to store and process federal retirement paperwork is actually real, and is now under threat.

Looking up info on paper is very inefficient in a computer driven world.

Jeff Childers, an attorney by trade, who got into the commentary game after Big Pharma shut off reasonable discussion and reportage...he's an unapologetic Trump supporter, but he has had insight in the past.

He thinks Trump & Co. have launched full-on thermonuclear war on the Left. He believes somehow (perhaps FBI files? That's me, not Childers) Team Trump has seduced or contracted the RINO-Neocon wing into backing him, and that they're taking the whole funding question to the two floors of Congress.

Which makes the current round of Lawfare suits irrelevant.

It would be nothing short of miraculous if this was the end; if this was the start of government reforming itself. And all it took was two men, and a dedicated cadre of operatives.

And the two men were always in plain sight. Neither of them looked very heroic in their pasts.

I'm skeptical and uneasy, two ways. First, this, what we're in, is the textbook Fourth Turning. Incipient chaos and abandonment of high-moral ground. Now it's everyone fighting for his grubstake out of a dying, failing organization.

Fourth Turnings always seem to end in war. The war of 1776; the War Between the States; World War II. Or, on the Russian side, the Bolshevik Revolution, which was essentially a civil war.

The ONE Fourth Turning in modern history without war, was the fall, 80 years later, of the Soviet empire. Amazingly, that went down bloodlessly. Although not painlessly - ten years of anomie; Yeltsin's drunken reign; the asset-stripping; the demoralization of the Russian people. Russia, between 1990 and 2002, was the world's biggest source for child pornography.

Are we going to be fortunate in being spared a war on our land? Will we have ten years as a vassel state to a supernational group of looters from other nations, they way the Russians did?

The next question...is the same one that lay in those FBI files. Will the Deep State do what the Deep State does best, remove these two thorns in their shoes, and go back to money-printing, perversion, and giveaways to hostile foreign actors?

this is a REALLY good interview!

Trump About to Hit Canada with Category 5 Hurricane – You Won’t See it Coming, Warn Insiders

"Fentanyl is just the cover for what's really wrong. What's wrong is massive money laundering by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) on a huge scale,” reveals Marc Cohodes, legendary short seller and investor. In a powerful roundtable discussion, Cohodes joins Canadian investigative journalist Sam Cooper and our own Daniela Cambone to expose the deep-rooted corruption, money laundering, and lack of accountability plaguing Canada. Drawing from firsthand interactions with high-level law enforcement and government officials, they are delivering a stark verdict: Canada is dangerously compromised—exposed not only to illicit foreign influence but also to the overwhelming dominance of the U.S. military and financial system. Don’t miss today’s interview!"

House Dem expects first DOGE subcommittee meeting to be 'full-on combat'

Sparks are expected to fly at Congress’ first Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) subcommittee meeting Wednesday, according to one Democratic lawmaker in the House of Representatives.

Democrats have blasted billionaire Elon Musk, who President Donald Trump tapped to lead DOGE, over the past week for trying to eliminate waste, fraud and abuse in federal spending and trim the more than 2-million-person federal workforce.

Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, told Axios that she plans to use the hearing to "clarify for the American people" why DOGE’s actions are "illegal" and why "Elon Musk has no official role to do this."

"I think it's going to be a sh--show. I don't really anticipate anything productive coming out of this," Crockett said. "I don't anticipate that it's going to be nice. I anticipate full-on combat, because DOGE is clearly the devil right now."

I no longer care about Canaduh.

They have WANTED to be a totalitarian state. While they welcomed foreign imams with records of promoting terrorist violence, they banned me from entry - because their marvelous computer system, and Gnu Yark's, enabled them to quickly spot my long-ago driving record, as a teen. A minor alcohol-related offense, 1977.

That led to my being banned from entry in 2006. Which in the end doesn't matter - what I would go to Canada for, to Toronto for, is now gone. It's a violent third-world hellhole, same as American cities.

What the Left wants. How ELSE do rotters like Barry Hussein Dunham Obama get power?

True-d'oh is stupid, but that doesn't mean he's not dangerous. We SAW how he thinks, what he wants, with his War on Truckers - and the new Hate-Speech codes, and what he's doing to Canada's economy with his Net-Zero insanity.

I guess he wants Canada to be like Mexico - or like Haiti. I also guess it's well on its way.

I don't want to bring such a troubled nation into our federation - with their emotional desperate attachment to European-style Leftism. I want them OUT, and ANOTHER wall in there.

For 75 years, up until the 1980s, Canada punished the States with restrictions on auto imports. HEAVY tariffs on cars made elsewhere and brought in. It was one reason there were relatively few VW Beetles up there; and why Suzuki quickly opened an auto plant up there. Also why two small companies, AMC and Studebaker, had plants up there until the end. Studebaker could sell their Canadian cars in the States, no problem. They couldn't import South Bend cars to Canada.

Now it's payback. I say let them choke. Eventually they'll figure out that their own way out is not totalitarian Leftism. Or the Canadians of English and French stock will figure it out.

What happens with all the low-IQ hominids they import, I care nothing for. Toronto as it was, is no more - and I'm old anyway.

Walls WORK. Longer, higher, stronger.

Everyone should have a "Plan B" no matter who you work for.

DOGE's nerd army expands as Elon Musk adds Clarence Thomas clerk and McKinsey consultant financier to cost-cutting task force

Yup.

I learned that early; and since I'm a slow learner, more than once.

I thought, workin' onna ray-rode, I'd be secure. Union secure. Fire-proof. Railroads change names; they merge; occasionally spin off properties, and even go bankrupt, but they never go away. Working for a railroad is as close as you'll come to Eternal Life.

Then I stepped in the jackpot. Some excrement went down; actions needed be taken; and I was a convenient fall guy - for reasons that would take pages to go through. So, bang, I was fired.

First thing I did, is try and cash in my Job Insurance. That's a railroad-specific thing - Job Insurance pays you when you're terminated due to an incident. Income protection. If, say, you hit a school bus with your train, the company will fire you and make a big show of it.

Almost always, you get the job back - but that takes months, sometimes years of Union negotiation. Sometimes back pay; sometimes the compromise is, no back pay.

Well, my Job insurance refused because I was involved in an "altercation." Yeah - as a victim. The assailant had crony connections. But, the decision was final. So was my own decision, to never pay another dime for that non-coverage.

That still left me with no income, no UC, and a house I'd bought a year ago.

And a truck payment.

The house payment, including taxes that were paid through the escrow, was $369 a month. Truck payment was $280 a month. I had about eight thousand in the bank.

I still felt naked; and when I got my job back six weeks later, I made my mind up NEVER to be exposed like that.

In fact, five years later, when CSX fired the guy who had trained me as a locomotive engineer...I took it as a sign. Fall was in the air; I was better off than the time before, and I had a nearly-perfect work record (I got that incident erased in investigation). I figured it was time for me to fly.

With Conrail I worked with guys the age I am now, who had never lived away from Cleveland...not even to visit, apart from taking trains to Buffalo or Toledo or Columbus. Never seen anything. Work and sleep for 35 years. Maybe what I did was wasteful - but I did tour the country on a motorcycle. I did get to Sturgis. Accidentally - and I was a BMW rider, too; and this was twenty years ago. I might as well have been an Imam on Good Friday services at the local RC Church. Awkward...

But, debt free, as I became...and money...gave me choices. Life would have been much different had I been a debt slave and stayed in Blue Cleveland during the Scamdemic.

Debt slave. Took me years to figure that one out.

We're almost out of the mortgage. $90K left. Hopefully we'll whittle that down to $50K in a year. Then it's smooth sailing.

Started on "Plan B" about 1998 thereabouts. GIM1 was pretty cool.

We'd have 'buying parties: Everyone go out and buy 1oz of silver sort of thing, as if we were going to force the Comex into raising the price from a shortage LOL.

Those were the days. Lots of camaraderie on the board. Heck we even had silver GIM coins made!

When is Trump gonna rule on, whether these kangaroos have the power to interfere in Constitutionally-designated Executive functions?

He could rule on it. He could ignore. He could have a few kangaroos arrested for Insurrection. He could STOP THEIR PAY.
