The courts are a co-equal branch of government.

Attempts to abuse this power should be met with arrest and trial.

At that time, or, now when we have a puppet controlled by traitors as Chief X-sec-you-tive...arrest, trial and execution later.

The conservative-leaning majority on the SCOTUS should know the risks they're running, here. We're just one lit-match away from civil war.

Trump releases documentation of ‘Election Fraud in 2020 President Election Swing States’​

The Trump campaign team has released what it says is documentation of election fraud in 2020 in the swing states of Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Michigan.

Former President Donald Trump said in a statement announcing the release of the document: “I am pleased to share a Report that is fully verified, most of the information was gotten from Government Sources, Tapes, and other Public Records, and compiled by the most highly qualified Election Experts in the Country. These numbers are determinative and, in all cases, are hundreds of thousands of Votes per Swing State more than I needed to WIN that State. If the Republican Senate does not step forward and address this ATROCITY, it will happen again, and be virtually impossible for Republicans to WIN ELECTIONS in the future.

“Remember, I was not campaigning — The 2020 Election was LONG OVER. What I was doing is bringing to light the fact that the Election was, without question, Rigged and Stolen. As President, and Commander-in-Chief, it was my duty to do so! If I did not do this, I would have been in violation of my Oath of Office, and the Take Care Clause, which requires the President to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” Therefore I am entitled to Total Immunity, because that is exactly what I was doing, Taking Care of our Country, and Guarding it from Rigged and Stolen Elections. Democrats are willing to play a far different game. They are willing to Cheat at levels never seen before.

“Please study these numbers carefully, analyze what’s been done, keep an open mind, and be smart — Because the Democrats are already trying to do it again, but adding one more weapon, Prosecutorial Misconduct — Using the DOJ, FBI, and local Attorney Generals and D.A.’s to go after Crooked Joe Biden’s Political Opponent — ME. The document, “Summary of Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election in the Swing States“, notes the “Ongoing investigations in the Swing States reveal hundreds of thousands of votes were altered and/or not lawfully cast in the Presidential Election. Joe Biden needed them.”

The document continues. “On Election Night Nov. 3, 2020, President Donald J. Trump was sailing to reelection with landslide leads in numerous battlegrounds. In Georgia, President Trump was up by 12 points, and over 335,000 votes, with 56 percent of the vote in at 10:17 p.m. In Wisconsin, President Trump was leading by 121,380 votes and 51 points at 12:12 a.m., which Fox News anchor Bret Baier noted was “not a small margin.” In Pennsylvania, President Trump was leading by 659,145 votes at 12:38 a.m., a full 15 points. In Michigan, President Trump was leading by 293,052 votes and 10 points.”

The document continues: “The election was over. However, precincts in Atlanta, Detroit, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and Milwaukee kept counting until the results reached the desired outcome, which was the opposite of the will of the voters. Georgia went from having a total of 4.7 million votes, already a record for the state, according to Brad Raffensperger’s count on Nov. 4, to certifying almost 5 million. This was 300,000 more votes than what the top elections official claimed were cast in the Election. Getting to this result in Georgia, and other states, created an irredeemably compromised Election, filled with violations of the Constitution, unlawful ballots, widespread broken chain of custody, electronic manipulation, and missing and corrupted election files that made it uncertifiable — and impossible to recreate the results.”

Why have Trump and his lawyers not challenged the election results based on the fact that federal law requires federal elections to be decided on election day? It doesn't matter what the results were at 12:12 a.m -- the election was over at midnight. That would have been the easiest grounds to challenge the results on. They didn't even have to try to prove there was fraud. The fact that counting continued after election day automatically proves there was fraud. What other reason could there have been for continuing to count votes after midnight? Why would several states -- all of which Trump was ahead in -- stop counting early when they knew they were required to count until midnight? The only possible reason had to have been to see how many votes they had to come up with for Biden to win. Trump and his lawyers have to know that federal law requires federal elections to be decided on election day. The entire mainstream media must know that too, but obviusly they're not going to bring that up.

Trump's Colorado appeal may force US Supreme Court to rule on his future​

Jan 4 (Reuters) - Former President Donald Trump's appeal of a Colorado ruling barring him from the ballot may force the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in directly on his 2024 election prospects, a case that legal experts said will likely pull its nine justices into a political firestorm.

That state was the first, followed by Maine, to rule that Trump was disqualified from seeking the Republican presidential nomination due to his actions ahead of the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, an unprecedented legal decision that the nation's top court could find too pressing to avoid.

"I doubt that any of the justices are pleased that they're being forced into the fray over Donald Trump's future. But it seems to me that the court will have no choice but to face these momentous issues," said attorney Deepak Gupta, who has argued cases before the Supreme Court.

The justices, Gupta said, will have to act with "unusual speed and, hopefully, in a way that does not further divide our deeply divided land. That is a daunting and unenviable task."

And his lawyers were threatened - remember? Rudy Giuliani was himself prosecuted for MOAR fake crime...his true crime was representing Trump in election challenges.

The problem with this line of thinking is the fact that the People do not vote in any "federal elections" in this nation.

The election for potus is 50 individual elections run by each respective State. Congress has no say over how those elections are run or counted.

What is being referred to as "the day", is the day that the electors vote. That is the only "federal election" for potus that there is.

- Ukraine is falling apart and Israel is losing its mystique as God’s chosen nation as their ruthless technocracy is exposed.

- The globalist warming climate change narrative is disintegrating as the creeps are forced to hyperbole that is easily seen as ridiculous overstatement.

2024 is four days old. We told you it was going to be a year to remember. So far, so good.

It's been on the news a good bit today. One commentator was talking about the Stamp Act and Trump. I think this will become a big talking point for a while.

One thing is for sure......news about Trump sells. It's been selling for 8 years now with no end in sight. Reminds me of some of the old gangster movies where there's a newspaper kid holding up the paper and yelling "read all about it, read all about it."

What everyone seems to forget is Trump didn't force anyone to stay at Trump hotels.

Also, I remember a table chock-full of documents wherein Trump signed ALL his business control/assets over to his sons, as was required by law, to manage/run the businesses before taking the oath of office.

Just because his name, his brand was on the properties doesn't mean he received millions. His family business benefitted with Trump having no say in how it was run... unlike the Biden Crime family....

Just another attempt at the Deep State trying to find something that isn't there...

Trump licensed his NAME, in return for a small percentage ownership of the various hotels.

I probably owned more of Wyndham, when I had mutual funds, than Trump did of Trump hotels.

This is a (supposed) woman who in 2008, kept on putting its foot in its mouth with stupid statements reflecting hatred for the nation and complete stupidity. His/her college graduation thesis was on line for a time...I downloaded it, but it was barely readable. What it came down to, was the BURDEN of being in college with all these racist whites.

I just can't see how you can polish this turd. Everything here is suspect - from intelligence, to actual biological sex, to how it happened to get a law degree...being more stupid that Kameltoe. If that's all that the Party of Chaos has, they got nuffin.

Dunn is running for Maryland’s 3rd Congressional District, which is being vacated by retiring Rep. John Sarbanes (D-Md.) — a move that comes several months after suggesting on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, that he might run for the district.

Dunn became a household name last year when he testified before lawmakers about the Capitol riot, recounting how he had seen Capitol Police and Metropolitan Police Department officers being attacked that day and the racial slurs he and other Black police officers had received from people storming the Capitol.

He said in an interview with The Hill ahead of his formal launch that “the thing that happened on Jan. 6, and everything that’s happened after pushed me and launched me into this space now.”

Usually in short years.

Republics too, although their lifespan is much longer...typically, about ten generations.

They fail for the same reason: MORAL COLLAPSE.

No, I don't mean sexual excesses, although that's a symptom. It's abandonment of any basic understandings of right and wrong - which are essential to civilized life, and imperative in self-government.

Democracies collapse faster because there are fewer checks - the tempting fruit of power is so close, and only self-control stops it. Republics put up firewalls - there are always people of no morals in a society, and many of them gravitate to government. Republics have checks that make the system more likely to survive a short period of poor leadership.
