Been missing 1992 lately. Before internet was common, before mobile phones were common. Back when teens "hung out" together for fun. Feels like by the end of the 90s the Surveillance State was taking hold, and after 9/11 privacy became a memory.

Thought about the Primate food for emergency preps. Shelf life is stated as 1 year from date on bag. Specifically the instructions say the Vitamin C component is efficacious for one year. Also says the biscuits should make up no more than 40% of diet, the rest being fresh vegetables.

$1.28/lb (+tax and ship). I wonder if it would store well sealed in 5 gallon pails in a moisture controlled cellar/basement. Could be a life saver.
