Gold Is On A Tear, But Silver Just Broke Out Along With This…

I have been predicting gold $3000–$3300 and silver $40–$45 is next. After that, gold $5000 and silver $100 is coming.

Many have missed the big move latest 14 months so far, as usual. And especially the up-move since December lows.

Trump to ban people from 41 countries from travelling to US

Donald Trump is set to ban people from 41 countries from travelling to the US - with many told their government has 60 days to address deficiencies or they will remain on the list.

A memo shows swathes of nations divided into three separate groups - including full visa suspensions and partial suspensions.

Many are from the Middle East and Africa, with Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran and North Korea among the ten who face the most drastic measures.

In the second group, five countries would face partial suspensions that would impact tourist and student visas as well as other immigrant visas, with some exceptions.

Judicial interference has already been decided:

GROK: Mississippi v. Johnson from 1867 was a significant U.S. Supreme Court case that took place during the Reconstruction era following the American Civil War.

Here's a breakdown of what happened:

The State of Mississippi brought a lawsuit against President Andrew Johnson, seeking an injunction to stop him from enforcing the Reconstruction Acts of 1867. These acts, passed by Congress over Johnson's veto, divided the former Confederate states into five military districts, placed them under military governance, and set conditions for their readmission to the Union. Mississippi argued that these laws were unconstitutional and that enforcing them would dismantle its state government and impose military rule, violating its sovereignty.

The Supreme Court, in a unanimous decision written by Chief Justice Salmon P. Chase, denied Mississippi's request. The key issue was whether the Court could issue an injunction against the President to prevent him from carrying out his duties. The Court ruled that it lacked the authority to do so, emphasizing the separation of powers under the U.S. Constitution. The justices distinguished between "ministerial" duties (simple, mandatory tasks that courts could enforce, like delivering a commission as in Marbury v. Madison) and "executive" or "discretionary" duties, which involve judgment and policy-making. Enforcing the Reconstruction Acts fell into the latter category—Johnson was exercising his executive authority as directed by Congress, not just following a rote order.

The Court avoided ruling on the constitutionality of the Reconstruction Acts themselves, focusing instead on the narrower question of judicial power over the President. It concluded that such an injunction would improperly interfere with the executive branch, and the only constitutional remedy for presidential overreach was impeachment by Congress, not judicial action.

This decision, handed down on April 15, 1867, reinforced the principle that the judiciary cannot directly restrain the President in the performance of discretionary executive functions. It’s a foundational case for understanding the limits of judicial authority and the balance of power between the branches of government. Does that cover what you were looking for, or did you have a specific angle in mind?

Syllabus

1. The President of the United States cannot be restrained by injunction from carrying into effect an act of Congress alleged to be unconstitutional, nor will a bill having such a purpose be allowed to be filed.

2. It makes no difference whether such incumbent of the Presidential office be described in the bill as President or simply as a citizen of a State.

GROK
The Reconstruction Acts of 1867 were a series of four laws passed by the United States Congress to address the aftermath of the Civil War and establish a framework for reconstructing the Southern states that had seceded from the Union. These acts were enacted during the Reconstruction Era, a period following the Civil War aimed at rebuilding the nation, integrating formerly enslaved people into society, and restoring the Southern states to the Union.
Here’s a breakdown of the key points of the Reconstruction Acts:
  1. First Reconstruction Act (March 2, 1867):
    • This initial act divided the former Confederate states (except Tennessee, which had already ratified the 14th Amendment and rejoined the Union) into five military districts, each overseen by a Union general.
    • It aimed to maintain order and protect the rights of newly freed African Americans.
    • Southern states were required to draft new state constitutions that guaranteed Black male suffrage and ratified the 14th Amendment (which granted citizenship and equal protection under the law) to regain representation in Congress.
  2. Second Reconstruction Act (March 23, 1867):
    • This act supplemented the first by outlining the process for enforcing voter registration and elections in the South.
    • It tasked military officials with registering voters, including African American men, and supervising elections for constitutional conventions.
  3. Third Reconstruction Act (July 19, 1867):
    • This act clarified the authority of military commanders, giving them the power to remove disloyal officials and override state actions that violated the Reconstruction process.
    • It addressed resistance from Southern states and ensured military oversight had teeth.
  4. Fourth Reconstruction Act (March 11, 1868):
    • This act adjusted the process for approving new state constitutions, allowing them to be ratified by a majority of actual voters rather than requiring a majority of all registered voters.
    • It was a response to Southern efforts to obstruct Reconstruction by discouraging voter turnout.
Context and Impact
  • The Reconstruction Acts were passed over the vetoes of President Andrew Johnson, who favored a lenient approach toward the South. Radical Republicans in Congress, however, pushed for stricter measures to protect the rights of freedmen and ensure loyalty to the Union.
  • The acts marked a significant shift in federal authority, placing the South under military rule and prioritizing civil rights for African Americans.
  • They led to the creation of new state governments in the South, many of which included African American participation for the first time, though this progress was later undermined by the rise of Jim Crow laws and the end of Reconstruction in 1877.
In essence, the Reconstruction Acts of 1867 were a bold attempt to reshape the South politically and socially after the Civil War, though their long-term success was limited by resistance and shifting political priorities.

Donald J Trump said:
The “Pardons” that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime. Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level. The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!

If anyone on the pardon list ever gets prosecuted this will obviously be decided by the courts. I'm pretty sure the founding fathers never intended for this to be used to launder money from the treasury like the Bidens, Clintons and Obamas have done. They launder taxpayer money back to themselves then pardon themselves and family members against prosecution?

The Democrat Party EXPOSED

“Everybody keeps asking who's controlling the Democrats? Well, we think we figured it out and it's not who they are saying it is. Julia Spiegel ever heard of her? Yeah, me neither, and Democrats hope to keep it that way”

“She is the CEO of Governors Action Alliance. Her assistant Clow at her direction according to the FOIA'd emails cited in the Daily Signal recently sent out this email: ‘Please join for a briefing on Executive Action Governors can take and protect sensitive data and prepare for potential National Guard deployments sensitive data, national Guard deployments.’”

“In that briefing, governors were apparently directed to sign a pre-drafted executive order that said, quote, no assistance to deployments over objection of the office of the governor. And that state personnel shall provide no time, money, facilities, property equipment, personnel, or other resources for purposes of assistance to any National Guard unit of any other state that is deployed to the state.

If the officer or the governor of this state, which was a fill-in-the-blank thing right there, has objected to such deployment. Basically you're on your own and don't listen to the federal government I'd like who drafted that more unelected people.

These, orders that are going out, the governors are signing basically say, don't help Trump with anything. Even though 70% of America wants illegals who commit crimes outta here and close to 80% of people want you to stop transing the kids.

Nope. They don't care because the woman who is the former counsel, legal counsel to Gavin Newsom says, so forget the fact that 77 million people who voted for Trump forget the federal laws or the fact that these issues are not supported by even the majority of some of the Democrat states.”

OHH MY GOD 🚨 The ‘conspiracy theorists’ were right again

The Electronic Ear Tag on cattle that recently passed has NOTHING to do with disease traceability, the real reason is a new tax per cattle and to SLAUGHTER 10’s OF THOUSANDS OF CATTLE FOR CLIMATE CHANGE

Rep Harriet Hageman “The USDA for several years has been trying to force our cattle and bison producers to use what are called RFID or EID ear tags, electronic identification, ear tags. They wanna chip them all. I've been fighting against this, and they say it's for disease traceability.”

(She explains in the video how we already have excellent disease traceability)

“So you look at all of that, and so you think, okay, what is this really about?

And then you start looking at the countries that have implemented this. Ireland implemented in it in early 2022. By August 23, they were issuing an order that they had to slaughter 41,000 head of cattle. Not because of a disease outbreak, but BECAUSE OF GLOBAL WARMING

In Denmark, they adopted an EID mandate. And last year they imposed a $100 a head tax on every single head of cattle in the country, not because of a disease outbreak, BECAUSE OF GLOBAL WARMING ”

“So what you start seeing is how they use this information. This is a $1.2 - $1.9 billion tax on the cattle industry if it's actually implemented a 100%”

The Supreme Court explicitly ruled in the 1948 Ludecke v. Watkins case that Alien Enemy Act removals by the president are non-justiciable.

Here are some key excerpts from the ruling, lest anyone think the SCOTUS opinion was in any way unclear: “The Alien Enemy Act precludes judicial review of the removal order.”

That line is literally the first sentence of the SCOTUS holding.

“The very nature of the President's power to order the removal of all enemy aliens rejects the notion that courts may pass judgment upon the exercise of his discretion.”

“[E]very judge before whom the question has since come has held that the statute barred judicial review.”

“A war power of the President not subject to judicial review is not transmuted into a judicially reviewable action because the President chooses to have that power exercised within narrower limits than Congress authorized.”

“These are matters of political judgment for which judges have neither technical competence nor official responsibility.”

“The Act is almost as old as the Constitution, and it would savor of doctrinaire audacity now to find the statute offensive to some emanation of the Bill of Rights.”

“Accordingly, we hold that full responsibility for the just exercise of this great power may validly be left where the Congress has constitutionally placed it -- on the President of the United States. The Founders, in their wisdom, made him not only the Commander in Chief, but also the guiding organ in the conduct of our foreign affairs.”

There is no gray area or uncertainty here.

As the Supreme Court has made abundantly and explicitly clear, removals under the Alien Removal Act are non-justiciable. Because of this, it is the inferior and unelected district judge who is violating the law and the Constitution today by purporting to have the authority to review what the Supreme Court—his superior—has prohibited him from reviewing.

The proper form for this case to take, based on the Constitution, federal statutes, and 250 years of case law in this country, is for the judge to dismiss the plaintiffs’ case for lack of jurisdiction and standing. Plaintiffs can of course appeal that dismissal, at which point the appellate court would be required to reject the appeal. And if plaintiffs wished to do so at that point, they could apply for a writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court, which would then decide whether it wished to overturn its own precedents. Only the Supreme Court has the authority to undertake such an action. And even if that were to happen, the president still retains inherent Article II authority, independent of federal statute, to remove foreign enemies from the United States.

That is how the legal system in this country actually works. It does not in any way empower an inferior trial court judge to unilaterally overturn controlling federal law or Supreme Court precedents.

No posts on the JFK files being released?

It was the CIA if anyone had any doubt. I haven't seen anyone dig up any specific names yet however my guess is Bush 1 was involved somehow. Robert Mcnamara as well.

Bush1 also served as Reagans VP from 81-89 then went on to be President. then 8 years go Clintons and then his son takes over. After Bush 2 we get 8 years of the Obamalamadingdong. Then we get a 4 year reprieve with Trump and then a stolen election with a dementia patient installed.

Tying this altogether is going to be a lengthy post so I'll work on it offline and post it when it's ready.
A brief outline of what I am thinking is as follows. Every major event in US history since the JFK assassination has had CIA involvement.
Vietnam. Lies
Nixon incident. Lies. (Woodward was a CIA asset)
In the 80's the Taliban was funded by the US to fight Russia so they were also a CIA asset.
Saddams invasion of Kuwait is the only thing I haven't found any direct involvement in but as we know the testimony before congress was filled with lies like the tearjerker where that girl said they will pulling babies out if incubators.

The Clinton years is going to take awhile. A whole lot of bullshit in those years.
Then Bush2 and 9/11. CIA says Saddam has weapons of mass destruction. As dumb as Bush2 was, not even he believed it.

Then the installation of Obama. A political nobody rises to the top? But ever since he was elected for 8 years the country is extremely racist. If the country is so racist how did he get elected? So much to unpack with his Presidency as well.

Then we have the shitshow that was the 1st Trump Presidency. All of the previous actors mentioned seemed to have some involvement.

The Trump assassination attempt in Butler. Loads of questions surround that, including why MSNBC and CNN were covering the event in the 1st place and of course how a 21 year old was so good he infiltrated a major event by the most popular president in modern history and was able to get a shot off.

And of course how did all of the former Presidents go on to become multi millionaires? A whole boatload of politicians as well. In fact I would say more of them but there are probably a few that aren't compromised.

Thats the cliff notes.

GOP chairs ‘very concerned’ over report of Trump changing military commands

The Republican chairs of the House and Senate Armed Services committees issued a joint statement Wednesday criticizing the idea of the U.S. drastically changing its military combatant command structure, saying they “will not accept” those changes without coordination with Congress and other agencies.

The statement marks one of the first major instances of Republican lawmakers pushing back on President Trump in his second term.

House Armed Services Committee Chair Mike Rogers (R-Ala.) and Senate Armed Services Committee Chair Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) responded to an NBC News article published Tuesday that said the Pentagon is considering giving up its role as NATO’s supreme allied commander Europe (SACEUR) as part of restructuring of commands and headquarters.

WATCH: Bob Lighthizer, the mastermind behind Trump's trade & tariffs, STUNNED Tucker Carlson with an insane stat.

"So, we have transferred about $20 trillion worth of our national wealth and I would say the future income of that wealth overseas in return for current consumption."

The United States is BROKE and nearing bankruptcy, and it's because the Neocons that hijacked our foreign & trade policy since World World II shipped all industries to foreign countries.

This is what Trump is trying to fix, but we have corrupt judges who have never worked a real job in their lives, constantly ruling to delay and deny.

NEW + EXCLUSIVE:

The Biden White House and Energy Department buried a study that would have impeded its ability to impose the liquefied natural gas export approvals pause in January 2024, four agency sources told the @DailyCaller News Foundation.

The Biden administration launched a massive, needless crackdown on US energy exports in an election year to appease the climate lobby and its activists. Our sources say that Biden officials had already found (and then hid) answers that they claimed to be seeking as the LNG freeze took effect.

Check out the link below to learn what sources told us about the extent and implications of this major act of public deception. It's absolutely wild.

Looking thorough some older threads today I briefly looked through the Trump indictments thread ( https://www.pmbug.com/threads/trump-indictments-ny-ga-jan-6-etc.5486/ ) and thought of all the different posts, pro and con, and started laughing. All the time spent on the different posts, the time spent on different replies to the posts and thought................look where we're at now :ROFLMAO:

Edit to add: I've looked through every page in that thread and now wish I had never started it. WTF

Trump suggests US could join British Commonwealth if offered by King Charles

President Trump said Friday he liked the idea of the United States joining the British Commonwealth after a report claimed King Charles III would make an offer.

"I love King Charles," Trump wrote on Truth Social Friday morning while linking to an article citing a Daily Mail report that said the monarch would secretly offer the U.S. associate membership in the Commonwealth during Trump's second state visit to Britain. "Sounds good to me!"

Trump also reposted the same report about the king’s "secret" offer of membership late Saturday morning.

Fox News Digital has reached out to the White House for comment.

GPS—Here we go again, there were 20,189 devices. Still a large crowd but not even close to the 30,000 quoted in Denver newspapers nor the 34,000 quoted by Bernie Sanders and AOC.

84% of the devices present had attended 9 or more Kamala Harris rallies, antifa/blm, pro-Hamas, pro-Palestinian protests, 31% had attended over 20.

For more insight into what data we also look at in addition to GPS location data would be demographic and psychographic data using over 6,000 different databases, i.e., like the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), Pew Research Center, market research firms like YouGov, Experian, specialized tools like ESRI's Tapestry Segmentation, consumer surveys, social media platforms like 𝕏, Facebook, Linkedin.

Demographic data includes basic characteristics like age, gender, income, education level, occupation, marital status, family size, ethnicity, and where people live (e.g., city, state).

Psychographic data dives deeper into people's lifestyles, values, attitudes, interests, personality traits, social class, activities, and how they make purchasing decisions. For example, it might show if someone values sustainability, enjoys outdoor activities, participates in community activism.

While demographic data is straightforward, psychographic data can reveal sensitive personal details, like beliefs even life goals.

Additionally, by cross pollinating each device with other devices regularly within close proximity to the target device we are able to build a detailed profile for each target.

90% of those in the above 84% were likely working with one of these five groups and is the reason for their presence.

Once again, this is based a very sophisticated algorithm that looks at the behavioral metrics for each device, including the physical 1:1 proximity to leaders and paymasters from these groups in the past.

You’ve got to be willing to question the system.

That was what Napster was about. That powered all the change at the turn of the century until a little over a decade ago when the tech companies solidified their power.

This is why Trump won and is winning. He questioned orthodoxy.

Meanwhile, the Democrats have put their faith in the system to save them, I wouldn’t be so sure.

MORE CALLS FOR A CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION

Over the yeas I've been occasionally sounding the warning against the idea of convening an article V constitutional convention, and as we've taken yet another step closer to that goal recently (as the following article reveals), I do so again here. Most people know that I am an anti-Federalist. I think our current constitution - the product of the 1787 convention - is a mess and have said so on many occasions. My principal reason for saying it is a mess is that the Bill of Rights - the first ten amendments - is really a Bill of Afterthoughts that were, as we know, amended to the Constitution to win the support of us anti-Federalists at the time. Had the Philadelphia conventioners have been that concerned about natural human rights that come from God, they would have been enumerated in the preamble ab initio and in the original proposed document, rather than tacked on after the fact as a political sop. Here as elsewhere, I am a firm believer that an ordo theologiae exposes the mentality of the people using or advocating it. The telltale clue was in fact provided by Alexander Hamilton in the very first paragraph of the very first Federalist paper, where the country is referred to as an "empire", and not a republic, and we've been living in Hamilton's Horror of an empire - with all its attendant imperial ambitions and corruptions - since then.

...Over the yeas I've been occasionally sounding the warning against the idea of convening an article V constitutional convention, ...

I can name the Congress critters that I would trust to participate in a Constitutional Convention on one hand. I can't think of any in my state government. We don't have the statesmen anymore to actually improve our existing document.

This one is pretty good. Reminds me of some of George Carlin's stuff. And he's right. R / D don't matter. They all want the same thing and both sides consider us scum bags who need to be ruled. Nothing to see, can listen in one tab, play around the forum in a different tab.

The Enemy’s Plan to Seize YOUR MONEY “Is RIGHT on Schedule,” Warns Jekyll Island Author

Mar 12, 2025 #griffin #trump #gold

Everything is on schedule for our enemies," says G. Edward Griffin, author of The Creature from Jekyll Island. In this exclusive interview with Daniela Cambone, Griffin argues that politicians who repeatedly make promises but fail to deliver substantial change ultimately leave people worse off over time. "The American people now have made the president a king… We are in trouble, not because of the enemy but from the inside of our nation." Griffin also envisions a future where traditional money may cease to exist, replaced entirely by digital currency or digits—drastically altering how economic systems function. Watch the interview now to learn how you can navigate these turbulent times.
