Ok you you dumb bitches, the Constitution DOES allow for criminal and treasonous acts to be prosecuted. You just have PROVE that treason was actually committed, and that the crimes are a high crime. You don't just get to say they are treasonous and criminal acts.(Sotomayor/Kagan/Jackson) Because our Constitution does not shield a former President from answering for criminal and treasonous acts, I dissent."
Because they're a buncha f'ing idiots.Suffice to say anything the left is spewing is made up nonsense.
They're butt hurt so they're taking it to the 'Nth' degree of impossible possibilities.

Just shows how stupid New York "officials" are.NY Democrat introduces constitutional amendment reversing Supreme Court immunity ruling
Rep. Joseph Morelle (D-N.Y.) introduced a constitutional amendment Wednesday seeking to undo the Supreme Court’s decision that former presidents enjoy a presumption of criminal immunity for official acts.
“Earlier this month the Supreme Court of the United States undermined not just the foundation of our constitutional government, but the foundation of our democracy,” Morelle said. “At its core, our nation relies on the principle that no American stands above another in the eyes of the law. “
Morelle’s proposed amendment would make clear that “no official may invoke immunity for criminal actions solely on the basis of the duties of their office,” the lawmaker’s office told The Hill.
The Supreme Court handed down the 6-3 decision earlier this month, ruling along ideological lines that presidents have absolute immunity for actions that fall within the core responsibilities of their office, and are “at least presumptively immune” for all other official acts.

BecauseSo why is it seemingly so difficult for those against Trump, to understand what that guy laid out? Everything he said is common sense stuff, at least to anyone who has even a rudimentary understanding of the Constitution and how our gov is supposed to work.
