Kari Lake morphs into 'The Fonz' and jumps the shark, again

I’m not exactly sure when losing Republican candidate for Arizona governor, Kari Lake, morphed into Fonzie, the iconic character from the 1970s sitcom “Happy Days.”

But it’s safe to say she has “jumped the shark,” again.

You either know what I’m talking about, or you can Google it.

It happened during the fifth season of “Happy Days,” and became shorthand for describing the moment a TV show, or a business, or a person loses their mojo, their appeal, and goes into a sharp decline.

Right to the truth of the matter. Good thing no obvious attempt at deflection like ignoring the presentation of facts and skidding sideways to The Fonz.

Judge orders sanctions against Arizona GOP candidate who refused to accept loss

Story by Amy B Wang • 3h ago

An Arizona judge has ordered sanctions against Mark Finchem⁩ and his attorney over false claims they made about election fraud after Finchem, the Republican candidate for Arizona secretary of state, lost his race in November and refused to accept the results.

Weeks after the election, Finchem sued his Democratic opponent, Adrian Fontes, and then-Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D), challenging the results of the vote and requesting that a new election be held. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Melissa Iyer Julian tossed his suit in December, saying it was groundless.

Capt. Seth Keshel

As I’ve documented recently, Arizona’s election picture takes a mysterious dive into the bowels of data reconciliation hell when considering its population trends over five decades. The state, and its largest county, Maricopa, has been soaring in population growth since the 1970s, but supposedly hit a brick wall in the 2010s, despite all firsthand accounts to the contrary. I revealed this right off the bat in my appearance before the Arizona Senate on February 23 (move to the 1 hour, 17 minute mark of the linked video).

The Arizona Supreme Court breathed new life into the election lawsuit of former gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake but dismissed most of the Republican's arguments as insufficient.

On Wednesday, justices on the state's high court accepted Lake's argument that lower courts erroneously dismissed her challenge to the application of the signature verification process in the 2022 midterm election. However, the court sided against Lake in six of her seven claims in the suit.

‘I’m Like a Dog on a Bone’: Steve Bannon Can’t Hold Back Amusement at Kari Lake’s Latest Rant About Stolen Elections

Story by Alex Griffing • Yesterday 12:16 PM

Failed 2022 Republican candidate for governor of Arizona, Kari Lake, dropped yet another screed Wednesday accusing Democrats of stealing elections in The Grand Canyon State. Lake made the comments while on Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast, one of the key platforms on the right pushing the roundly debunked claims of election fraud. However, Lake’s latest comments on the otherwise serious topic left Bannon in a state of amusement given her odd and very passionate phrasing.

“What is going on in Arizona? I mean, to be blunt, we know they stole the presidential election in 2020,” Bannon asked at one point, adding:

They stole your election. You’ve now got at least a shot that they get back down to the district court of getting some additional facts in there. Maybe because tone it out. I think people for a great state with great people and so many MAGA and so many great patriots. How does the governor’s situation seem to be so screwed up, ma’am?

“Well, they’re trying to turn us into California. They’ve been trying to talk us into this narrative, which is a bunch of baloney, that we’re a purple state. We are a red state. We are a red state,” Lake replied.

What happened to the AZ supreme court's looking into Kari's complaint?

Former Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s legal team must pay $2,000 in sanctions after she made unsubstantiated claims about voter fraud in Maricopa County in the 2022 election, according to a new filing.

A Thursday order, filed from the Supreme Court of Arizona and shared online by Democracy Docket, granted a motion from Gov. Katie Hobbs (D) and Secretary of State Adrian Fontes (D) for sanctions, and directed counsel for Lake to pay $2,000 to the state court’s clerk.

Right there is a perfect example of drone non-thinking. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The judge-in-the-pocket does the expected (again). What a surprise! All it takes is control of one man in the right chair. <-- Consider the death of a judge that did not toe the lib line. And the lib/progs who spread the locations of the homes and childrens' schools of members the SCOTUS who piss them off?

All the videos actually SHOWING cheating...? meh.

But this ruling** -- which cuts at the very soul of America's existence -- will be celebrated by the blind leftists.

**It not only turns two blind eyes to the obvious cheating (as the majority of ALL Americans including a whopping percentage of Dems agree happened), but levied a fine against those who tried to right the wrong.

Straight out of Kremlin, 1951.

And lauded by those here who clearly wish for the demise of the republic, to replace it with The Ruling State.

Do we have three cheers for a rape trial of a twice-impeached president who had a Russian whore pissing in his bed for jollies? Impeached by a twat with a CCP-agent driver for 20 years?

Sounds about right. Something the vote fraud deniers take to like coke to an addict.

Kari Lake election challenge shouldn't proceed, Arizona officials say

Arizona officials and the Democratic governor have urged a judge to throw out Republican Kari Lake’s last remaining election misconduct claim

PHOENIX -- The last remaining election misconduct claim by Kari Lake, the 2022 Republican candidate for Arizona governor, is playing out in court as state officials and the Democratic governor asked a judge to throw out the case Friday.

Lake was among the most vocal of last year's Republican candidates promoting former President Donald Trump’s election lies, which she made the centerpiece of her campaign. While most other election deniers around the country conceded after losing their races in November, Lake did not.

I despise “hopium” as much as anyone else. I also despise hopelessness and constant cynicism for the negative impact they have upon what is already an uphill battle to turn back the tide of national decay. General George Patton had this to say about the need for high morale, even in the face of seemingly unconquerable obstacles:

As has been pointed out, the secret of victory lies not wholly in knowledge. It lurks invisible in the vitalizing spark, intangible, yet as evident in the lightning — the warrior Soul.

If you believe in generational theory, we are fast approaching a conclusion to this divisive, panic-stricken chapter in American history. The end of such a chaotic cycle does not guarantee a positive ending for those who war in defense of liberty and freedom, but come hell or high water, it appears something is going to have to give. Call it the irresistible force meeting the immovable object.

I am referring to the battle of judicial corruption versus obvious truth. Corrupt judges, many of them appointed and not elected, have run roughshod over the truth, using procedural tricks and tactics to circumvent it. Case after case to remedy the 2020 “election” was booted for lack of standing or other nonsense, including Texas v. Pennsylvania, a landmark lawsuit from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, which was joined by over 20 other states. That lawsuit alleged that Pennsylvania’s refusal to abide by its own election laws disenfranchised Texas’s 38 electors, who voted for Donald Trump in accordance with Texas’s popular vote outcome the month before. The United States Supreme Court refused to hear that case.

Kari Lake election challenge shouldn't proceed, CORRUPT Arizona officials say

Arizona officials and the Democratic governor have urged a judge to throw out Republican Kari Lake’s last remaining election misconduct claim
What else are they going to say??

Trial starts today.

- Will Kari win?
- Will justice prevail?

From the link:

A three-day trial is scheduled to begin Wednesday over the only remaining legal claim in Republican Kari Lake’s challenge of her defeat six months ago to Democrat Katie Hobbs in the Arizona governor’s race.

The former TV anchor was among the most vocal of last year’s Republican candidates promoting former President Donald Trump’s election lies, which she made the centerpiece of her campaign.

While most other election deniers around the country conceded after losing their races in November, Lake did not. She lost to Hobbs by more than 17,000 votes.

Interesting way (above) to "sound" disinterested. "While most other election deniers conceded..." and Kari Lake was "...promoting former President Donald Trump’s election lies..."

The "election deniers" must include the majority of Americans, and not just candidates that faced the cabal.

To make that above sentence very plain: the majority of American voters all across the country DO agree that the vote count was crooked.

But the Maricopa county bought/owned judge refused to allow the voter signature fuckery to be looked at.

The AZ Supreme Court finally has overruled the cabal-owned judges. They (AZ supremes) saw a distinct problem:

80% of AZ voters use the mail-in method to vote, which requires a signature verification for each vote cast... and the verification process was something from 1950's Russia.

The video attached shows two guys "verifying" signatures. One is paging through his pile with click-click-click-click at less than one second to three seconds each (with no rejections, BTW). The other is doing it right.

Go watch the 90-second video here: Check the dude on the left go from 30 to 40 of his "verifications" in seven seconds, while the guy next to him verifies ONE. This gets good at 1:05... He checks five signatures in five seconds.

Go to 5:10 in the video. KNOW that the dude cheating was only one of many cheaters. <-- A Dem/prog/lib would say, "Well, that is just this one cheating dude. All the rest are straight-arrow." Let them say it. Makes it worse for anyone capable of thought. We know we have Stalinist-era type vote-counting.

It doesn't matter what people voted. It ONLY matters WHO COUNTS THE VOTES.

Especially with two levels of judges in the Dem/lib/prog/cheating vote scam preventing anyone looking at the vote signature verification. Until the AZ supreme court stepped in just now, that is.

Watch the whole 8-minute video. Any denial of voter fraud after watching this video would be an obvious lie on the part of the denier.

There It Is.

Arizona Senate Study Finds 200K Ballots Counted with Mismatched Signatures During 2020 Election

Kari Lake lost by 17,000 (NOT 200,000) votes.

Sumbody stand up and defend (with data, not crooked judges) that the Arizona Senate discovery of the signature fuckery is not true.

80% of AZ voters used mail-in ballots.

200,000 ballots got through the "diligent" dem/lib/prog signature mismatch "verification" somehow without being detected. What a shock!
