So today is his Birthday... they indicted the first President Ever on his birthday. Scum of the Earth.
They're trying to exterminate 80 percent of the population.

The legal persecution of one man on his birthday, scarcely registers.

Trump Pleads Not Guilty to 37 Counts, Slams Indictment as “Most Heinous Abuse of Power in History”

By Will TannerJune 14, 2023

On Tuesday, June 13th, former President Donald Trump was charged with 37 federal felony counts. Including charges of willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and false statements, the charges stemmed from the investigation into his handling of classified documents conducted by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Former President Trump pleaded not guilty on all the counts and then tore into the indictment in a speech given from his Trump National Golf Club Bedminster. In that speech, he labeled Special Counsel Jack Smith a “deranged lunatic” and blasted Biden for having “his top political opponent arrested and charged.” Continuing, former President Trump said that the charges brought against him are “political persecution like something straight out of a fascist or communist nation” and are “the most heinous abuse of power in the history of our country.”

Trump then said that Biden would be remembered as the most corrupt president in history and as the one who took a sledgehammer to the pillars of the American political system by bringing ridiculous charges against his political opposition. Making that point, he said that Biden would “forever be remembered as not only the most corrupt president in the history of our country, but perhaps more importantly, the president, together with the band of his closest thugs, misfits and Marxists trying to destroy American democracy, channeling real anger and charging the President of the United States under the Espionage Act of 1917.”

Trump also pointed out that the law under which charges are being brought against him was meant for an entirely different situation than his, saying, “The Espionage Act has been used to refer to traitors and spies. It has nothing to do with a former president legally keeping his own documents.”

Further, he claimed that the Presidential Records Act gave him the authority to do whatever he wanted with the documents and didn’t require that he do anything to record or classify documents under it, saying, “The Presidential Records Act does not confer any mandate, duty or even discretional authority on the archivist to classify records under the statute. This responsibility is left solely to the President of the United States—so that’s the decision taken here.”

Emphasizing his claim that the Presidential Records Act gave him the authority to do whatever he wanted to do with the documents that he took with him when he was president, he said, “In other words, whatever documents the president decides to take with him, he has the right to do so—it’s an absolute right. This is the law.”

Ya I know... but even the normies can see arresting him on his Birthday. They don't have to believe in "conspiracy theories" to see that.

Do you get tired of posting MSM trash? And since when are journalists posting in all caps, why you mad Bro?

This guy is the typical TDS nut job. Always framing Trump's personality in derisive terms because all they have is Ad Hominem attacks.

It gets tiresome and is why I rarely listen for more than a few seconds.

It's propaganda of the worst kind.

Oh, and "We finally got him!" Like moths to a flame, it's pablum for the non thinkers among us.

Time for a laugh.

'Profoundly disturbing': Hillary Clinton weighs in on GOP efforts to defend Trump

Jun 14, 2023

Hillary Clinton weighed in Monday on the Republican response to Trump's indictment. Republican supporters of Trump have pointed to the Justice Department’s decision in 2016 not to bring charges against Clinton. The Morning Joe panel discusses.

It's nothing but personal Feelings being Projected onto others. Doesn't belong in a real conversation, but hey, that's like my opinion man.

Gotta give ya props for at least admitting what it is. Ie: trash.

Read through all the posts in this thread and posts in a lot of the political threads. Whole lotta trash going on. R, D................don't matter.

And everyone posting thinks they're in the know. In the end............it doesn't matter one way or another. What's gonna happen will happen.

Anyone who gets upset over a post on an internet forum should seek help.

Never fear..........Dr. Searcher is here with some good posts about orange man.

Poor Mike. Seems like he's seen the error of his ways and is trying to redeem himself only to be attacked.

Mike Pence Gets in Tense Clash With Clay Travis After Host Urges Him to Pardon Trump If Elected: ‘What Are the Facts?’

Mike Pence declined to pledge to pardon Donald Trump during an interview with conservative radio host Clay Travis on Wednesday.

Pence, who served as vice president in the Trump administration and is running for president in 2024, faced a grilling on the former president’s federal criminal indictment during an appearance on the The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show.

Now back to sanity.

- Dose anyone know who Tom Fitton is? Trump's lawyers told Trump to give back the docs. Had Trump done that this thread would not exist, But Trump listened to Tom Fitton instead of his lawyers. And Fitton is not a lawyer. Not even close.

- Is there a possibility that Trump, or a family member, profited from showing or selling any of the docs? While I will not comment on shit I really know nothing about, I've always thought it interesting that a muslim would give Trump's son in law 2 billion bucks? Not accusing here, just pondering.

The RINO's are the Worst of the Worst... All the way up to the previous two POTUS with same last names.

Also, Hmm... it seems like Trump has won the two local cases (NY and the possible Georgia) by having this Federal case filed (it Trumps (lol) the cases?, who knew).

The minute I saw this my TDS kicked into high gear and compelled me to post it. Can't help myself.

Trump shouts, 'Food for everyone!', does not buy food for anyone

Jun 16, 2023

Alex Wagner shares reporting from the Miami New Times that despite promising out loud, on camera, "food for everyone," Donald Trump did not stick around at a restaurant campaign stop long enough for anyone to get food, illustrating a trait that is also getting in the way of Trump's ability to obtain legal counsel. Joyce Vance, former U.S. attorney, explains why this is a bad time in a bad case for Trump to have lawyer problems.

You’re so blinded by your TDS you can’t see that Trump was trying to help these people lose some weight. You realize we have a fatso problem in this country correct?

Just checked for the Q cope on this story. The Trump doormats insist he only said “there would be food for everyone at the restaurant - Not that he was buying it.

Trump attorney quits another case, cites ‘irreconcilable differences’

Donald Trump’s attorney Jim Trusty, who withdrew from representing Trump in a pair of federal criminal probes last week, pulled out of yet another Trump legal matter Friday, citing “irreconcilable differences” with the former president.

In a filing with the U.S. District Court of Southern Florida, Trusty indicated his intention to withdraw from Trump’s pending defamation lawsuit against CNN. The longshot lawsuit, which Trump filed last October, accuses the network of maligning him as a “‘racist,’ ‘Russian lackey,’ ‘insurrectionist,’ and ultimately ‘Hitler.’”

“Mr. Trusty’s withdrawal is based upon irreconcilable differences between Counsel and Plaintiff and Counsel can no longer effectively and properly represent Plaintiff,” Trusty wrote in the filing, which he signed.

Trump’s DUMBEST MOVE Yet Before CRIMINAL INDICTMENT Revealed

Michael Popok of Legal AF breaks down new reporting just out that Trump rejected his lawyer Chris Kise’s strong recommendation to let him approach the DOJ and Merrick Garland just after the August search warrant at mar a Lago to cut a deal, but Trump listened instead to his non -lawyer, unlicensed MAGA advisor (and grand jury witness) Tom Fitton, who told trump without any legal support that he didn’t have to return the people’s national defense information and classified documents at all.

Fake News!

From the link:

In fact, the focus on Biden seems altogether misplaced. Trump took classified documents; Trump refused to give them back; and Trump was indicted for his alleged crimes. None of this has anything to do with the incumbent president.

It’s not unreasonable to think the Republican’s criminal proceedings — any of them, really — would generate political turmoil. But why put the pressure on Biden to curtail the process when it’s within Trump’s power to accept responsibility for his apparent actions?

If he did, it would open the door to a very different kind of conversation about a possible pardon.

You missed a step. It's kinda an important step.

1.) Trump declassified said documents.
2.) Trump took them with

....and the bidet took classified docs (1850 boxes of them) during a time when he had absolutely no authority to have done so.

At least Trump was in a position TO declassify, and therefore can use that in court as a defense.
Ie: When Trump was potus he held the power of Article 2 of the Constitution.

With the bidet, he's just a classified document thief, as he never held a position that allowed him to have possession of any of the docs he took.
Ie: there's absolutely NO defense for Joe as to his Right to take and possess those docs.

To those reading, you had as much Right to take those docs as Joe did.
....and what do you think would happen to you if you were caught with them in YOUR garage?

Congressmen and Senators have a special room to look at classified docs, and they are not allowed to remove them or take pictures of them.
So how did he get those 1850 boxes worth of them? Did he shove them down his pants to illegally get them out of that room? Or did some(s) in government help him to get them?

1850 boxes of classified docs don't just show up suddenly with no trace of how they got there.

It's clearly obvious that old Joey is being protected.

"TRUMP NEEDS TO PROVE HIS INNOCENSE!!!

YAAAAAAHHH!"

Another example of TDS.
Whadda ya expect from commies?

Under American jurisprudence, one is presumed innocent. Under communism, those charged are presumed guilty.
....but that's what ya get when you quit teaching WHY the DOI and Constitution were written. Ie: a buncha ignorant people in positions of power who end up using those Documents as their toilet paper.

The U.S. magistrate judge assisting U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon in the Espionage Act federal prosecution of former President Donald Trump signed off on a protective order proposed by Special Counsel Jack Smith, meaning that any knowing impermissible disclosure of discovery by “Defendants, Defense Counsel, and Authorized Persons” could lead to contempt proceeding or sanctions — civil or criminal.
