So the cheating I going on across the country. We are already seeing the votes being switched in at least 2 states that I have heard of. Nothing will be done about it because nothing was done about it last election.
 
Looks like it's time to pay the price for lying about innocent people, he had no proof that they did anything wrong and ruined their lives. It's one thing to accuse someone of something, but you need proof. These two women were just trying to make an honest buck. What he did wasn't just wrong. It was immoral.

Judge gives control of Giuliani assets to Georgia poll workers he defamed​

A federal judge has ordered Rudy Giuliani to place numerous assets, including cash, jewelry and his New York apartment, into a receivership controlled by two former Georgia election workers as they seek to collect a $148 million defamation claim against the former lawyer for Donald Trump.

The 24-page ruling issued Tuesday orders Giuliani, a former mayor of New York City, to place the assets into a receivership within seven days. But U.S. District Court Judge Lewis J. Liman of New York ordered the “immediate turnover” of Giuliani’s apartment on the Upper East Side, which is already for sale.

Liman also orders Giuliani to take legal steps that would allow the election workers, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, to seek an estimated $2 million in legal fees that Giuliani has said he is owed by Trump’s campaign and the Republican National Committee for his work leading Trump’s post-2020 election legal challenges.

I don't know the answer to your question. That said, imagine it was you or someone you cared about. Imagine your life being threatened and people watching your every move. Imagine the cops arresting you for something you didn't do. Imagine the same thing happening to your daughter. What type of retribution would you want?

I have been accused of shit I didn't do. Fortunately, I was able to prove my innocence. Had I have not been able to do that I could have gone to jail for something I didn't do. I got nothing except my freedom.

In my opinion anyone who falsely accuses another person of something they didn't do should lose everything they have and suffer the same fate the person they falsely accused could have suffered.

Stuff like this makes me wonder how many other people Giuliani lied about.

Different circumstances. One person spent 20 years of his life in prison the others had things sad about them that they claim were untrue. (I haven't followed the case so no idea what it's all about but I suspect election integrity)
So should the media be held accountable and pay billions to Trump for all the false allegations? Should the federal government pay billions to Trump for the false prosecutions?

According to a declassified national intelligence memo, the aim would be to increase division in US society and cast doubt on the election results, potentially complicating the smooth transfer of power.

The memo's authors warned that Russia and Iran could organize protest events themselves or encourage citizens to participate in protests, usually through online channels such as social media.

US intel assesses Russian operatives behind fake video trying to smear Tim Walz​

Russian operatives created and amplified false online content attempting to smear Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz, US intelligence agencies said on Tuesday.

The content in question — which included manipulated audio content that circulated on the social media platform X in the last week — contained “several indicators of manipulation that are consistent with the influence efforts and tactics with Russian actors,” an official from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) told reporters on Tuesday.

The Homeland Security community of vendors, contractors and government agencies is coming for a large critical infrastructure conference that includes a "tabletop" cybersecurity threat exercise on Election Day in Atlanta, the capitol of one of the most hotly contested battleground states in America. It is reminiscent of the NORAD federal agency conducting aero defense exercises while we were attacked on 9/11. The exercise sponsored by the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association International (AFCEA), begs for specific answers to a variety of serious questions:

-What remote sites will the exercise access?
-What federal, state and local agencies will participate?
-Whose idea was it to have a cybersecurity threat exercise on Election Day in a key battleground state?
-Who is controlling the cybersecurity threat exercise?
-Why would key individuals be here instead of monitoring real threats on the very day when we are at the highest risk of attack?

The timing of this exercise further decreases the credibility of Homeland Security. Their Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is the same agency that claimed the 2020 election was "the most secure in American history" while their own servers had been compromised without their knowledge by Sun Spot and Super Nova malware attacks on CISA's Solar Winds' Orion monitors. You can't make this stuff up.

This is Sec 3 of the 14th Amendment, which Jamie Raskin references in his statement on blocking Trump’s inauguration:


“Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment states:
"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”

The, “disqualification clause,” was put in place mainly to keep Civil War participants from the Confederacy from holding office.

They could accuse Trump of insurrection based on January 6th, or gin up a new false flag insurrection.

A 2/3 majority of both houses of Congress would be required to reinstate Trump’s qualification if he was successfully convicted of insurrection or treason.

There are a lot of moving parts, here, for this to be a real threat, but Raskin does reveal that the criminals in DC are looking to remove Trump post-election.

Halperin says the comment was made to warn people of “actors” who are trying to influence the election.

Halperin added that he isn’t pursuing the story because he doesn’t think it’s true.

“The point I was making is actors who want a certain outcome are on social media and in pitches to reporters, and in the case of The Atlantic, Jeffrey Goldberg… are trying to affect the end of the race because they're so desperate to try to pull a Comey.”
