You could be right here, but you've left out the fact about one of the peeps in Trumps MSG basically calling PR's garbage.



As for "Forgive him for he knows not what he does" - that was me having a laugh and Trump playing to a certain audience.

Personally, I can't wait for this election to be over, the votes counted, all the court cases decided and things returning to some semblance of normalcy.

Judge gives control of Giuliani assets to Georgia poll workers he defamed​

A federal judge has ordered Rudy Giuliani to place numerous assets, including cash, jewelry and his New York apartment, into a receivership controlled by two former Georgia election workers as they seek to collect a $148 million defamation claim against the former lawyer for Donald Trump.

The 24-page ruling issued Tuesday orders Giuliani, a former mayor of New York City, to place the assets into a receivership within seven days. But U.S. District Court Judge Lewis J. Liman of New York ordered the “immediate turnover” of Giuliani’s apartment on the Upper East Side, which is already for sale.

Liman also orders Giuliani to take legal steps that would allow the election workers, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, to seek an estimated $2 million in legal fees that Giuliani has said he is owed by Trump’s campaign and the Republican National Committee for his work leading Trump’s post-2020 election legal challenges.

Rudy's Property Goes to Moss & Freeman Today​

Disgraced former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani must turn over all of his property to former Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss by the end of the day today. The judge presiding over the defamation case which cost Rudy $148 million said that the two plaintiffs can rent a truck to pick up their new items today and may take possession of his NY apartment immediately.

Rudy must hand over the following to Moss and Freeman:

1. His NYC apartment, which he valued at $6 million but was unable to find a buyer.

2. His 1980 Mercedes previously owned by actress Lauren Bacall.

3. A signed picture of Yankee Stadium.

4. 26 watches, some of which have considerable value.

5. All his other jewelry.

The fate of Rudy's condo in Florida and his Yankees World Series rings will be decided at a separate hearing. His son Andrew claims that Rudy "gifted" the rings to him prior to the lawsuit being filed. The plaintiffs will also be seeking to seize $2 million in unpaid legal fees owed to Rudy by Trump, who never paid him for his efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

Rudy has now been arrested, indicted, disbarred, fired from his jobs at his law firm and radio show, and is broke. Nobody embodies the concept that 'Everything That Trump Touches Dies' more than Trump's old pal Rudy.

Georgian president won’t recognize parliamentary election result and calls for a protest​

TBILISI, Georgia (AP) — Georgia’s president said Sunday she did not recognize the results of this weekend’s parliamentary vote, which election officials say was won by the ruling party, adding that the country fell victim to a “Russian special operation” aimed at moving it off a path toward Europe.

Standing alongside opposition leaders, President Salome Zourabichvili urged Georgians to rally Monday night on Tbilisi’s main street to protest what she called a “total falsification, a total stealing of your votes,” raising the prospect of further political turmoil in the South Caucasus nation.

She spoke the day after an election that could decide whether Georgia embraces Europe or falls under the sway of Russia.

“This election cannot be recognized, because it is the recognition of Russia’s intrusion here, Georgia’s subordination to Russia,” Zourabichvili said.

The Central Election Commission said Sunday that the ruling party, Georgian Dream, got 54.8% of Saturday’s vote with almost all ballots counted.

State Law on Electioneering: South Carolina law prohibits the display of campaign material within 200 feet of any entrance to a polling place on election day. This includes any type of visual display of campaign material, such as posters, pamphlets, signs, buttons, hats, t-shirts, etc.​

Enforcement: Poll managers are expected to ensure that this area remains clear of political literature and displays. If someone enters this area wearing or displaying political material, they will be asked to remove, cover, or otherwise not display the material.​

Exceptions: There is an exception for candidates themselves, who may wear a label no larger than four and one-fourth inches by four and one-fourth inches with their name and the office they're seeking, but this must be removed or covered if they enter the polling place itself.​

This regulation aims to prevent any form of intimidation, influence, or disruption at the polls, ensuring that voters can cast their votes freely without being influenced by campaign materials or attire."​

BREAKING: A judge in Arizona just ruled that the Democrat Secretary of State MUST immediately release the list of nearly 100,000 voters who officials marked as U.S. citizens when they hadn't even provided documentary proof

Judge Scott Blaney also awarded attorneys' fees to the election integrity patriots for their trouble.

"THE COURT FINDS specifically that the Secretary has not established by a preponderance of the evidence that production of the records would violate rights of privacy or confidentiality or would be detrimental to the best interests of the state."

Judge Blaney also required them to do this by noon on Monday, the eve of the election. HE'S NOT PLAYING. The state failed to do its job in verifying the citizenship status of well over 200k voters in total, which is the new number they gave us, so he's allowing patriots to do the government's job for them.

I wonder if any statute authorizes poll workers to use battery against one suspected of this crime, and whether the poll worker is authorized to deny voting rights to this person.

Yes, they should have allowed his vote and filed a complaint. It appears to me that the poll workers are guilty of assault and then battery.
 


Mark Cuban, a really dumb guy, who thinks he’s “hot stuff” but he’s absolutely nothing, is now out there saying that I don’t surround myself with strong women. Actually, he is very wrong, I surround myself with the strongest of women - With the understanding that ALL women are great, whether strong or not strong. This guy is such a fool, he’s constantly on Television being critical, and only for the reason that I tuned him out completely while President because he called incessantly. I told him, very pointedly, “Look Mark, I’ve got a lot of things to do, I just can’t be taking so many pointless calls from you.” In any event, that affected him greatly, because he’s a very insecure guy, and a MAJOR LOSER, always has been and always will be! Nobody likes him, nobody respects him, and he’s unattractive both inside and out! He should go back to talk about the person he was forced to support, because I didn’t want it, Lyin’ Kamala Harris. Also, he’s got no clubhead speed!

I may, in fact, be surrounded by the strongest women in the World, including Heads of Countries, who make Mark look like a “baby!” All strong women, and women in general, should be very angry about this weak man’s statement.
