Chef's Prep for Super Yacht Charters - Onboard​

Back onboard the mighty ‪@motoryachtloon‬ and prepping for our Caribbean season of charters!

Here's that cookie dough recipe, you're welcome.(this mix will make two batons of cookie dough, if you split it in half before you add the mix ins - you can do two different types of cookies!)
250g butter (room temp)
330g soft brown sugar
2 eggs
450g self raising flour
500g mix in (if doing two flavours, do 250 of each one)
Best baked in a 175C oven for 7-8 minutes (may take longer in a home oven, like 10-12min)
