Merchan wrote in his order that all material provided to Trump's lawyers "shall be used solely for the purposes of preparing a defense in this matter," per CNBC. "Any person who receives the Covered Materials shall not copy, disseminate, or disclose the Covered Materials, in any form or by any means, to any third party," the order continued in theory making any news outlet that publishes information released by Trump subject to prosecution."Donald J. Trump has a longstanding and perhaps singular history of attacking witnesses, investigators, prosecutors, trial jurors, grand jurors, judges, and others involved in legal proceedings against him, putting those individuals and their families at considerable safety risk.
The situation lends itself now for a convincing case to be made for an election interference charge to be made against DA Bragg and Judge Merchan."In a first in U.S. history, a presidential candidate will be forbidden to defend himself during an election campaign."
Acting like a douchebag isn't a crime....He didn't rape her; but he did act like a douchebag toward her.
Makes sense. Consistent with how Trump acts in general.
Now that the communist left and their supporters have had their mini-orgasmic "Gotcha!" party...
How about a dose of real medicine from the real world:

You know what that's about?A New York City judge has set a trial date of March 25, 2024, for former President Donald Trump's criminal trial on charges of falsifying business records.
The former president appeared, virtually, in a Manhattan court Tuesday before the judge presiding over his criminal case.
Trump, sitting side-by-side with his attorney Todd Blanche, his hands folded on the table, scowled into the camera when Judge Juan Merchan announced the trial date, possibly because the date conflicts with the GOP primary calendar as Trump seeks to reclaim the presidency.
Where is the fraud?
They weren't the real electors as far as I understand. Will be interesting to see the outcome. BTW..............did you hear that Trump received a target letter from Jack Smith? I think he'll be indicted in the next 2 weeks. I figure the Jan 6 indictment and the Georgia phone call indictment will be within days of each other.
Interesting times.............eh?
