Trump REJECTS Request by Criminal Co-Defendants for Help

MeidasTouch host Ben Meiselas reports on how Donald Trump has refused to pay the legal bills for his co-defendants and instead has used the false allegations his co-defendants made, which raised approximately $250 million, for Trump to pay for his own legal defense bills.

The names and addresses of the grand jury members that indicted former President Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants in Fulton County, Georgia, this week were posted on a fringe website known for violent extremism, the non-partisan research group Advance Democracy confirmed to Forbes on Wednesday, marking the latest threats against jurors and prosecutors over four indictments against the former president.

A Texas woman has been arrested and charged with threatening to kill the federal judge overseeing Donald Trump’s election interference case, while the former president has repeatedly lashed out at the judge on social media and demanded her recusal from the case.

Ex-FBI Official Warns of MAGA Violence: 'Someone's Going to Get Hurt'

A retired FBI official predicts right-wing violence will get "uglier" as supporters of Donald Trump issue threats against the prosecutor and grand jury that indicted the former president in Georgia, as well as the judge overseeing one of his federal cases.

Frank Figliuzzi, former assistant director for counterintelligence at the bureau, issued a dire warning while on a Wednesday evening MSNBC segment shortly after the outlet and NBC reported that Trump supporters had posted death threats and shared the addresses of Fulton County grand jury members online.

That Hobbs kewntt has one foot in prison, anyway...with the evidence of election theft piling up.

It's do or die time. Also time to scare the hell out of investigators.

That this is ALLOWED to happen...is frightening to me. This is the sort of thing a mad feudal king would do.

Q time, Pilgrims: "How do you get to present your evidence in court?" <-- Remember that one?

This is how. With everyone watching (including you):

"In response to the most recent indictments, Trump's attorneys indicated they finally have a platform to "fully re-litigate every single issue that occurred during the 2020 election,"

"In March of 2022, former Wisconsin Supreme Court justice Michael Gabelman's investigation unearthed a nursing home exploitation scheme so egregious that his suggested remedy was decertifying Wisconsin's 10 electoral votes. Even Assembly speaker Robin Vos, previously an election fraud denier, conceded that "widespread fraud" had occurred. Later, the state Supreme Court determined that the absentee ballot drop boxes through which 2 million votes were submitted during the election were actually illegal. The majority opinion described the outcome as "obtained by unlawful procedures," as Wisconsin was decided by just 20 thousand votes."

Time for a laugh.

'Taste of His Own Medicine': Former Mobster 'Sammy the Bull' Gravano Revels in Giuliani's Legal Woes

Former mobster Salvatore "Sammy the Bull" Gravano has expressed glee at former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani’s current legal problems.

Knewz.com has learned that Gravano, who hosts a podcast called Our Thing with Sammy the Bull, stated that if Giuliani were to be convicted and sentenced to life in prison, he would take pleasure in smiling and waving at him from the courtroom if Giuliani got a taste of his own medicine.

Giuliani, along with former President Donald Trump and 17 other defendants, was recently charged in Georgia under the Racketeer Influenced and Corruption Organizations (RICO) laws.

If Giuliani is found guilty of being a co-conspirator he will face the very laws he used to bring down numerous mobsters like Gravano.

Mobsters Can't Wait to Meet Rudy Behind Bars

Karma, Borat 2 star Maria Bakalova and anyone with even a mild sense of irony aren’t the only ones rejoicing as former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani was hit with RICO charges for allegedly conspiring to overturn the 2020 election in President Donald Trump’s favor.

As news that Giuliani may go down for charges related to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, the same act he promoted as a Federal prosecutor in the 1980s, a whole lot of mobsters are very excited at the prospects of seeing him around the prison yard.

CJ -- (*snork*) (*snicker*) Have you happened to notice anything at all indicating a tiny, faint whiff of total fukking panic on the part of the Dem/Lib/DS?

Hm?

The Storm begins, brother. Stick with hardcase types. They are becoming easier to see. The flakes (eg: Hobbs, Bidens, etc) are very VERY clearly beginning to melt.

Judge FINALLY imposes gag order on Trump in his Georgia RICO case

Aug 21, 2023

4:18

Donald Trump has gotten away with intimidation, harassing and threatening language and posts for so long, that it's refreshing to have a judge finally place a gag order on Trump, prohibiting certain types of speech and posts.
This video reviews the bond and release order just signed by Judge McAfee in Trump's Georgia RICO case.

Judge denies Meadows, Clark attempts to block arrest in Georgia

A federal judge Wednesday rejected requests by former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and Trump Justice Department official Jeffrey Clark’s to block their arrest in the Fulton County, Ga., election case.

Both Meadows and Clark sought to block their arrest ahead of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s (D) Friday deadline for defendants in the case to surrender.

They had argued their arrest and the state proceedings should be halted while he attempts to move the case to federal court.

This reads like charges bought in China, where the state has established your guilt well prior to any action, and you have no real defence.

Today's the day.

CNN —
Former President Donald Trump has replaced his top Georgia lawyer ahead of his surrender Thursday evening, sources tell CNN.

Drew Findling, the lawyer who has led Trump’s defense in Georgia, is being replaced by Steven Sadow, an Atlanta-based attorney whose website profile describes him as a “special counsel for white collar and high-profile defense.” Sadow filed paperwork Thursday morning to formally represent the former president in the case.

A Trump source indicated that this was not about Findling’s performance, while another familiar with Sadow called him the “best criminal defense attorney in Georgia.” Trump’s other Georgia attorney, Jennifer Little, is expected to stay on the legal team and work with Sadow.

Chesebro will have a trial (alone) on Oct 23.

I wonder what causes "Not FOUND!"

people removing their tweet?

How can anyone be cedited with a loss if the opponent refuses to play? 62 attempts to go through the legal system did not result in 61 losses, unless you define a loss as not winning in court. Baseball statistics would get all screwed up if that's how it worked, the game was cancelled for rain before the first pitch so you lost!.

If all but three of the cases filed were not allowed to be heard by the courts (thrown out by argueably biased judges for "no standing", etc) , and in 2 of the 3 cases that were heard, the "TrumpTeam" won - I do not get it. Sounds lke a pretty good win/loss ratio the way I understand it.

Is it willfull ignorance to cognitively reject facts and therefor have a clean conscience and truly believe truth is being shared when parrotting the undeniably left leaning MSM talking points as fact? Ay yi yi

Maybe everything I've heard and seen is a lie and I'm the dupe, but I think not.

"My mind is made up, do not confuse me with the facts!"

Carry on...

Your lack of knowledge about the American legal system is showing big time here.

Like I stated above - if you are charged with a crime you do not have to prove your innocence. It's up to the prosecutor to probe to a jury that you are guilty.

In all the cases concerning Trump the prosecutors believe they have enough evidence to prove he's guilty.

And there is something you don't seem to grasp. Trump did this to his self. When the election was over, he went to court 62 times to challenge the results and lost in 61 cases. Had he simply left office like every president before him he wouldn't be in this mess.

As for the documents case - had he simply given the documents back when the government asked for them back there would be no case against him.

No matter what you believe - he brought all this on by his own actions.

That was the theory but not what happens.

Your lack of comprehension is showing big time here, try not to condescend, you aren't that smart.

REALLY? SO DIFFERENT TO US SIMPLE AUSTRALIANS. FFS.

Read the charges, FFS. "Conspiracy to commit" is the most common phrase... hence my comment "reads like" not "is".

--> We believe we can prove that you were thinking of committing what we consider to be a crime, bypassing all the legal means to achieve the same ends. Hmmmmmm.... sounds solid!

In this case it's the never trumpers with TDS

OK, I wonder why they didn't ask O for his massive stash back? T would have rightly considered that he was legally in possession of those documents considering he could declassify them, and they were delivered to him by the same government departments. Presidents don't hump documents out of the White house now, do they? There is a department for that crap, and it does its job.

Like the case that isn't being held against Biden for documents he had no right to?

Never mind they were copies... They were his to take. They were securely stored under lock and key with Secret Service covering the building. Nobody here would have gotten within 1000 yards of the place, however....

Now, about Biden's semi truck load of documents he wasn't allowed to possess as a Senator, nor a VEEP, that were stored in his garage and elsewhere... crickets....

It's a two-tiered justice system that EVERYONE can see ... admitting it is somewhat harder for leftist folks for some reason...
