Those were Mtv videos. I'm talking about the older vids of bands supposedly playing live. Those were all lip-synced.I remember the first one I saw...this was in 1983.

They may have been actually playing, but the music we hear with the vid is the studio recording.

That was the max that Ohio law allowed at the time, not that the beer was exactly 7%No 7 percent beer in those days.
Yes, they changed the max to 6%, did away with the 3.2% and changed the age to buy it to 19.As for Ohio...now I'm going by memory here, but I'm 80-percent sure. The Three-Two Beer laws went away in 1982 - 18-20 year-olds could drink regular beer at that point.
