We were told in 2018 that had Trump pardoned his son that it would constitute obstruction of Justice.

Shouldn't that apply in this case too?
...and I hope you are getting a good taste of the liars and hypocrites you so strongly have been supporting these last few years. lol

That is because, as everybody knows by now, there are two different sets of rules and laws for democrats and Republicans. Democrats are incapable of seeing the blatant hypocrisy of this and, indeed, see it as a natural way of life. Look at how they are saying that President Trump cannot use the military to remove the foreign invaders that the democrats welcomed. Yet, they had absolutely zero problems with mobilizing the National Guard to eject the 50 illegals that were sent to Martha's Vineyard.

Life is easy when you are not encumbered by pesky little things like honesty, morality, and ethics.

That's because they are, the ends they want, justifies the means they use to get there, kinda people.

Biden now considering pre emptive pardons for many others. Pardons for crimes that may not have even been investigated yet let alone anyone being indicted, prosecuted and found guilty.
Whats the limit here? Can he just pardon all illegals who entered the US in the last 30 years?

I'm not sure, but from what I've read, it seems that Presidential pardons must be applied for. If you don't ask for one, you may not get one.

Found this.

..."the Supreme Court's opinion stated that a pardon carries "an imputation of guilt and acceptance of a confession of it,"

Also found this.

"The President can pardon anyone, at any time, after a crime has been committed."

So by him pardoning Hunter and Hunter accepting it, doesn't that mean they are admitting that crimes were in fact committed?

This, like virtually everything the dems have done, may end up backfiring on them.

Now that Hunter has a pardon covering those years, he no longer can plead the Fifth if called as a witness against others. Such as possibly certain family members.

The Fifth only covers SELF incrimination. Not the incrimination of others.

Also, the pardon does not apply to civil cases that may arise.

We just saw a precedent set in NY where they used the civil law to fine some guy a half billion dollars. Can't quite remember the guys name, but I know Searcher posted all about it. I'm sure he can recall the dudes name.
@searcher , help a brother out?

Something else is, are there any States where Hunter may have also cheated on his taxes, as he pled guilty to recently?

One typically doesn't cheat on federal taxes without also cheating on State taxes.

Might any of those States be red States?

Does a pardon preclude still running a full investigation, and then making the results public for all to see?

Might not put him in jail, but would shine a huge spotlight on him and the whole Biden clan, and maybe even Obozo. Wouldn't THAT be awesome?

lol You know who it is.

I can't predict the future, but I don't see NY collecting that money anytime soon, if at all.

I agree with Fett. Time to put the madness to bed.

Fetterman says Trump case in New York was politically motivated, calls for pardon on 'The View'

Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., told the co-hosts of "The View" on Thursday that cases against both Hunter Biden and President-elect Donald Trump were "politically motivated," and said they were both worthy of being pardoned.

"I think it's undeniable that the case against Hunter Biden was really politically motivated. But I also think it’s true that the trial in New York for Trump, that was political as well too. Now, in both cases, I think a pardon is appropriate," the Democratic lawmaker said.

I disagree. Fetterman is absolutely correct regarding the charges against President Trump. But if you or I lie on a 4473, just what do you think is going to happen? And he did it multiple times. Also, he received millions from China and never paid taxes on it. I'm pretty sure that the IRS considers that an actual crime. He generated more than 120 SARS reports. The CIA told the IRS not to investigate them. If you or I generated 120 SARS reports, do you think somebody would be looking at us under a microscope? I do.

The charges against Hunter were real and justified because Hunter is a flaming piece of shit criminal who thought that he was above the law. Turns out he was correct. Two-tier "justice" system at work.

I think Hunter was just the face of the Biden crime family. Yes he facilitated the deals but Joe was behind them all. As Senator, VP and now President, he made millions or billions in deal possible because of who he was. He got his 10% and the rest of the family has been well taken care of. His Brother Jim (I think that's his name) he got a billion dollar contract in Iraq to rebuild homes. Did he actually build any and if so how many and at what cost? Lots of investigations need to be done here. Loads of companies offshore in different Biden names, all funneling money through them right back to the Biden family members. One big money laundering scheme.
So, now imagine being the head of the crime family and having the power to pardon the entire family.
I honestly think SCXOTUS should step in here and make an exception to the pardons. Something like where in the above scenario, pardons are not permitted.

Didn't know much about this so I did a little research. Take it fwiw and dyodd.

With so much disino out there who knows what the truth is.

R or D - don't matter. If you're in - you're in.

Just been scanning the contents of Hunter's laptop. These people have organized it and created a Table of Contents to make finding stuff easier.

Around page 380 is where things get interesting involving minors, including Joe's granddaughter. Photos are censored to crop out the naughty bits. Lots of prostitutes in varying stages of undress. Details of payments to them, including plane tickets to fly them in from out-of-state. Lots of documented drug use. Lots of instances of multiple prostitutes at the same time. Guy sure knew how to spend money.
