That's what SHOULD happen when one side uses lawfare in order to commit election interference. As of today, it looks as though all the remaining trials are on hold for quite some time. For all I know some may soon be thrown out (of court.)
SCOTUS: - Trump Asks Supremes To Grant Him Complete Immunity
Trump was given some immunity. Once it's posted in a readable way I'll post it unless someone beats me to it.www.pmbug.com
Just using the criminal known as Alvin Bragg as an example of what I am talking about, he could have brought those charges years ago, but chose to wait until now for maximum political benefit of his party. Ie: he wanted to influence the election.
The only reason they weren't brought then, was that all their prosecuters (including Bragg) declined to prosecute, as they didn't think it was a good case.I agree about being brought years ago. Should have happened in 2021.
That strongly implies that had Trump not run for office, that the charges would never have been brought. That makes it a political prosecution.
Yea, with a compromised "judge" and tainted jury.Bragg won his cases. They were state (NY) cases.
That's not 'winning', it is cheating the system by twisting the law.Yea, with a compromised "judge" and tainted jury.
The democrat party is nothing but a bunch of America hating communist wanna-be's.That's not 'winning', it is cheating the system by twisting the law.
That's not lawful. It's law fare. Going after someone just because you have the power and can.
They are doing everything in their power to make it be like that.Just be glad our system of jurisprudence isn't all like that, else we'd be a completely different nation.
My point was that Bragg could have brought these charges years ago, but chose not to. He only did due to Trump's reelection bid. Ie: he only did it for political influence to help his party.
What crime did he commit on that day?I've said it before.............all charges lead back to Jan 6th.
What crime did he commit on that day?
Was it when he told people to be peaceful?
Was it when he requested thousands of NG troops?
Was it when he didn't grab the steering wheel in the beast?
The Jan. 6th "committee" has been shown to have been a sham.
Why aren't you mad at Nasty Pelosi for denying the NG request? Why you give her a free pass for her direct involvement that day?
why is that always your excuse whenever you know there isn't a good answer?lol Heading into the city. Talk later.
why is that always your excuse whenever you know there isn't a good answer?
Takin' an L yet again?

Yes.This is what he claims. I there any proof?
They destroyed all their records, that's how much they believed in them. They didn't want anyone seeing how them came to their conclusions. Not in my opinion. Has this been proven
Yes.This is what Trump has claimed. Has it been proven?
To do that, you'd have to first start by having a trial hearing the evidence of cheating in the 2020 election.think this country needs closure over Jan 6th. Let it play out in a public trial.
Your opinion is not proof. Further, your opinion is based on the flawed info that was used as propaganda in order to cause people to feel that way.In my opinion he conspired to overthrow the gov by using people who believed his lies about the election being rigged.
Yes, on paper, or at least emails between Pelosi and the WH. Cash Patel said he has the written receipts. This is what Trump has claimed. Has it been proven?
Oddly, that's not 'your' opinion, but it IS MSM propaganda AND Pelosi & company repeating it. It's called the wrap up smear. In my opinion he conspired to overthrow the gov by using people who believed his lies about the election being rigged.
The deluded ones who hate him don't care. They are party over nation people. All they can see is "get Trump!" They couldn't care less about Trump's Right's as an American. Afatc, he shoudn't have any Rights. They want blood for him having beat their hag. Asking them to consider his Right's and what these kangaroo court trials are doing to America, is asking for the impossible.Whether you love, hate or merely tolerate Donald Trump, you should care about due process, which is fundamental to the rule of law. New York’s trial of Mr. Trump violated basic due-process principles.
Just came across my screen:
Judge Cannon dismisses the entire classified documents case.

@searcher , how do you think this will play out if the senator is successful in his quest to have the law overturned?
I was just explaining what is going on.lol I'll give you credit, you do have a way with words.
Right. They enacted it in order to allow sumdumbitch to sue Trump. The law.......Adult Survivors Act goes back to 2022.
Kinda makes him a hypocrite though.Guess you can't blame the guy. He trying to beat the rap.
Ya never know, it might. As to it being overturned..........I don't think it'll happen.
lol I'll give you credit, you do have a way with words.

As to the senator:
New York state senator accused of rape calls Adult Survivors Act unconstitutional - Washington Examiner
New York state Sen. Kevin Parker called the Adult Survivors Act unconstitutional after being accused of rape last November.www.washingtonexaminer.com

This is what liberals do NOT understand! This just gets better and better.
The NY senator who was instrumental in getting the law changed so Trump could be sued by sumdumbitch, is now claiming that the law is unConstitutional.
Why, you might ask, would he do that?
It's because it's now being used against him! Lol
@searcher , how do you think this will play out if the senator is successful in his quest to have the law overturned?
If I were Trump, I'd offer to pay his legal fees for the best appellate lawyers money could buy.
Be a lot cheaper than the $90+ million sumdumbitch is trying to steal from him.
If it's being changed in order to specifically target a particular person, it IS illegal to change a law. There's no law against changing the law (as they did) to go after someone.
Sending Trump classified documents and then raiding his home... that takes the cake!Trump set to sue DOJ for $100m over Mar-a-Lago raid after classified documents case dismissed
Donald Trump is set to sue the US Department of Justice for $100m in damages over the 2022 raid of his Mar-a-Lago estate less than a month after his classified documents case was overturned, according to reports.
The FBI’s raid on his Palm Beach, Florida resort on August 8, 2022, resulted in hundreds of pages of classified documents - including in his bedroom - being removed and saw Special Counsel Jack Smith indict the former president on 37 felony counts. Trump pleaded not guilty on all accounts.
Now, Trumps lawyers have argued that the DOJ’s raid was conducted with “clear intent to engage in political persecution,” according to memo first obtained by Fox News.
The filing condemns the alleged condemning the “tortious conduct by the United States against President Trump,” citing intrusion upon seclusion, malicious prosecution, and abuse of process from the raid.
